Pros:

Todo estuvo bien, la habitación es amplia, con buen espacio. La cama, muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno es bastante completo. En la tarde tienes cookies en la recepción y agua saborizada fresca. Hay café 24 horas. Buen espacio de lobby para trabajar o comer ahí, el gym también está bien, limpio y prolijo.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación al frente en el primer piso, la ventana daba al frente, y de mañana salían vehículos del estacionamiento y se sentía bastante. Recomiendo pedir habitación más silenciosa.

Manager not friendly, terrible experience

Arrived after a long drive from Florida and had to wait about 15 minutes to even check in. When I booked the reservation, I booked two rooms and listed we would be arriving past the check in time and we would have a service dog with us. The manager who checked us in, didn’t greet us and gave us two rooms. After coming back in after getting our luggage, my family and our service dog, we were stopped at the elevator by the same manager and said we can’t take our dog to the 5th floor where she booked our rooms. So, we had to take all of our luggage and wait another 15 -20 minutes to try to get two rooms on the first floor but no rooms were available. Instead, we were booked two rooms on the second floor, so we travel to the elevator again and before all of loaded on the elevator the door began to close and no safety feature to stop it. My dad and I had to force it to stay open while the rest of the family loaded. We get up to our rooms and ours smelled so bad of weed we couldn’t handle it. So again I had to go back to the front desk to get our room changed. At around 12:30 AM we finally got settled in our room, to get up at 6 to drive again. Terrible experience.

Inefficient Check-In Process with Long Wait Times

The check-in process was poorly organized. There was a single long line for both guests with reservations and those without, which resulted in a wait of over 30 minutes. Since I already had a reservation, my check-in only involved picking up a key, making the delay unnecessary and frustrating.
