Pleasant staff, comfortable beds
We had to change rooms because the first room the bedsheets had not been changed and were visibly stained. The second room was better but there was still a used washcloth in the tub.
Good location, shuttle to airport
Good for 1 night stay, good breakfast,
I only stayed for a stopover arriving from and returning to the airport. It was very close and extremely comfortable.
The breakfast could have been a tad morr interesting.
Close to zoo
Pay for parking and paying for room at your facility just doesn't seem customer friendly, and it doesn't help that that isn't disclosed at booking...I would not recommend anyone to stay where that have to pay for room and parking

The elevator was not working in the morning. Had to walk down the steps to check out.
It is conveniently located close to the airport and the shuttle bus starts early at 4:05 am so that’s a plus. I would very reluctantly stay there if other similar hotels in the area were completely booked.
The entire floor I stay at smelled very bad like someone was smoking weed. At one point the smell was so bad that it was nauseating. The cleaning staff needs to learn that people are resting and to speak in a lower tone of voice and not yell at each other from room to room. Hopefully the managers will do a better job of policing the property and not let this happen again in the future. The only great thing about this was having a great staff and very helpful team.
This is a straightforward airport hotel with very convenient access to the airport. The shuttle service was easy to locate and ran promptly, picking me up shortly after arrival. It also dropped me off at the nearby Delta Flight Museum, which was the main reason for my trip, as I was attending a special event there. While I could have used the shuttle to return to the airport, I opted not to wait the additional twenty minutes on the morning of my early departure. The room itself was comfortable, with a nice bed, and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall, the price felt reasonable for what was offered.
While the room was clean enough, it didn’t feel spotless. The elevator was very slow, and only one appeared to be functioning during my stay, so I mostly used the stairs. The location was also somewhat noisy in the evenings, with loud music and street noise. Breakfast was a major disappointment: options were limited, the coffee was poor, and the yogurt was so over-refrigerated that it was partially frozen. Additionally, the breakfast hours (6:00–9:00 a.m.) felt too restrictive—extending them to 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. would be more reasonable. The alarm clock also went off unexpectedly one night despite not being set, which was disruptive. The hotel is located close to the airport and flight museum, but expect a drive of about twenty minutes to reach downtown Atlanta.
Staff very friendly. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast choices good. Nice lounge area in reception. Free Airport shuttle.
The hotel is only 12 minutes from the International terminal. However, it took the best part of an hour to get to hotel as you have to catch a bus to the domestic terminal and then the hotel shuttle. Then the reverse on the return journey. You are drop off at the domestic departures terminal and have to find your own way to the terminal transfer bus. Plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast which were only suitable for a picnic. Not very environmentally friendly.
