I observed the staff that was present on 3/12 at about 0330 were very patient and kind in dealing with a young frustrated woman who had a mix up with her reservation.
The security guard on duty also took care of situation where another guest wouldn't stop trying to engage me in conversation despite effort to move away from him.
There was a lot going on in the lobby that morning! I was just waiting for the shuttle!

La navette gratuite toutes les 30min pour venir et aller à l'aéroport.
Les clients qui n'arrêtaient pas d'aller et venir dans le couloir toute la nuit en parlant fort et en claquant les portes.

We had bugs crawling in our room on ceiling and flying around our heads so we couldn’t sleep from fanning the bugs away

handicap parking was limited
Friendly staff on both arrival (late due to delayed flight) and departure. Free shuttle back to airport at 5:05AM for early replacement flight. Immaculate cleanliness in room and bathroom. There is a free breakfast; I had to leave too early for it. Superb location relative to airport. Blissful quiet. Excellent value.
The pillow were (perhaps) filled with sponge rubber -- not my favorite. The little orange bar wants more, but there's nothing more not to like!
