We booked this
hotel through another site (RD) and when we arrived to check in, the hotel could not find the booking. We called RD, where we made the reservation, and were given the runaround. Once Stacy, at the front desk of the hotel, got on the phone with the RD folks, she straightened out their mess to ensure we received a refund and was able to book us another room on the spot. She fixed the disaster another company created and we were able to enjoy the beginning of our vacation without anymore hassle. We’ll be staying with them again in a few weeks and I really hope we get to see Stacy again-she’s a gem!!!

That I had to pay for parking when it’s a parking at the property
Location was excellent and room was good value. Reception staff were very helpful. We had an early morning departure and breakfast was ideal for our needs.
Not a fault of the hotel - our baggage had to be picked up at International Terminal but hotel shuttles only pick up at Domestic arrivals. We had to take a shuttle back to Domestic which funnily passed by our hotel. The following morning we decided to take an Uber back to the airport for our international flight.
Some of the staff were friendly and the room was a good size
Bathroom was not good at all: the water has 2 temperatures boiling or freezing.
And to reach the place, especially from the international terminal, is an absolute and not necessary nightmare
Accessibility to business around.
Only one elevator was working during my stay.
Dirty, staff doesn't care and the elevator was not open at 4th floor, has to use exit stairs, the bathroom no exhaust to suck the smell, blanket has marked like it was used and did not replace new before to serve new customers

Perfect if you need to be close to the airport, spotlessly clean, all the staff are extremely friendly and the room is huge….also really convenient to have the free airport shuttle service.
The breakfasts in all these places are a bit terrible.
