It is in a convenient location.
The strong smell of smoke (that did not smell like cigarettes or cigars) in the hallway leading to my room. The floors were not clean in my room. The elevator or the common area getting off of the elevator on my floor was not clean.

The rooms needs major upgrades, the floor was dirty the tub was backed up there was no hot water, the walls need repair. The sink was all scratched up. The bathroom ceiling had a huge patch up job that looked horrible the corner of the wall were coming off. The bed size are full not queen. The furniture was scratched up.

Breakfast was severely lacking. Cereal , powdered donuts, biscuits with no gravy. Should have had gravy . Or at least some scrambled eggs. I didn’t eat , i left
Didn't stay for the breakfast, I stayed in a different hotel a few nights before and yours was so much cleaner.
Everything was great
It was very clean. The staff was nice.
We had to wait about 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in.

Only thing the carpet down stairs 1st floor hallway needs cleaning had a smell walking through towards the end by the door other than that, it was an awesome stay..
