A horrible experience.. I will never do this again!!!!

There was nothing to like about this property or this whole experience to be exact.

Cons:

To begin I was charged for the full amount. In order to book the room prior to getting there.. once I got there to check in I had to pay an additional $50 deposit that was not disclosed before.they charged my card at booking. After getting the hotel room key. I drove around to the front door of the room. There was an abandoned looking room right next to the room I had .. the door was wide open.. there curtains were open and the mattress was flipped over against the wall. It was scary.. I opened the door to my room .. and right away a horrible smell came out the entire room smelled so bad.. the bathroom tub was filthy.. and the bed had bugs in it.. I immediately took pictures. It was too late to try for anything else.. the room was so awful I slept in my car ..I explained to the room attendant what had happened and showed them the picture I had taken. And told them I wanted to my money back. It was suggested that I file a complaint with the company that I had booked the room with. This was a horrible experience and a very bad decision on my part.. I would like to share the pictures and file a formal complaint. And request a full refund

Smelt absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the bed, in the bathroom, on the walls, everywhere! We werent allowed to get more than two towels even though there was 4 of us.

I stayed w my bf and cat because we lost our electricity at home. They met our expectations.
Pros:

I liked how it was pet friendly. I also like how cold the room was!

Cons:

There was not any coffee, tea, juice, or breakfast in general avaliable in the am.

It sucked and you shouldn't be charging that much for the room.
Pros:

It was cheap but it's to be expected. Overall it's a dump and management doesn't care.

Cons:

Huge hole in the wall of 224, puddle of water in front of the vanity. Shower sprayed water all over the bath.

Nada el cuarto todo sucio las puertas rotas lleno de polvo por todos lados olía muy mal y para colmo con bed bugs fue horrible mi estancia horrible mis hijos salieron llenos de granos por los animales que avía todo pésimo y la peor estancia que e tenido en mi vida más por mis hijos nosé cómo pude reservar algo así jamás jamás estaría en un lugar de esos fue algo asqueroso 🤮
