Bathroom door broken and key card had to be switched a couple times due to not working but we were accomodated with no issues.

THE HASSLE I WAS GIVEN ABOUT GETTING MY BACK FROM THE DAYS I DID NOT USE. OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE TWICE. THE SECOND GUY WANTED TO MAKE A DEAL WITH ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK. WAS NEVER TOLD THAT I HAD TO PAY FEES TO GET MY MONEY RETURNED. NO SUPERVISORS TO TALK TO AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH. NOT HAPPY!!!!!
Didn’t know breakfast was offered but Denny’s was a quick and unobstructed 7-minute walk south along Route 83.
Remote did not operate the TV (it may have still been in its “control via smartphone” mode). 3 of the 4 lightbulbs over the bed were burnt out. The room was a bit on the compact side but still navigable.

There were plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel
They need to have signage by the road to identify the hotel and it's driveway. I drove past it twice before I ended up seeing the hotel from a neighboring parking lot. I also didn't like my room being right next to the employee break area and listening to them talking right outside my door at all hours of the day and night. The walls were so thin that at times I could hear exactly what they were saying

They had roaches in the room and bathroom
