Pros:

Room was decent. Staff was fine. Clean enough.

Cons:

It was way too expensive for a mid motel, and I was scammed. I was told a price point when I booked my room, then when I arrived, I was told that I had to make a "deposit", on top of the payment that I already made and then I never got my deposit back, so I overpaid for this hotel room.

Best service, need to be more clean.
Pros:

Nothing, the staff is really bad.

Cons:

The staff they were not friendly at all. The lady in the front desk was loud yawning while assisting us. She did not care that we were there.
The beds are not comfortable at all.

Está bien. Relación precio/calidad bien
Pros:

Está cerca de la estación de tren para ir a ciudad de Boston, cerca del Cochituate Park y de Rail Trail Cochituate, se puede ir caminando a la población de Natick.
El hotel está al lado de Dunkin y otra tienda para comprar algo de comida y bebida.
Las camas algo blandas y las almohadas están bien.
Relación calidad/precio aceptable.

Cons:

En general la habitación para pasar unos dias y conocer Massachussets está bien posicionado. Estaría bien que las habitaciones tuvieran una mini nevera y deberian cuidar mas la limpieza/aspecto de la misma: alguna sabana, colcha y edredón teniam alguna mancha. Hemos notado algun olor a humedad.

Nothing, too expensive for the basic stuff, i think Booking.com is misleading

Cons:

No breakfast for the price, no security, basic stuff for that expensive place, no laundry making long stays inconvenient

Again, you need to refresh the rooms, new towels.
Pros:

I stayed for 5 days. They did not refresh the room. The cable TV should be upgraded, but the staff. What's wonderful? That's the only reason I would consider coming back. Refresh the rooms and upgrade your Cape.
