I likes the friendly staff and cleanliness of the rooms.
The first room, the lock on the door, didnt lock. It actually didnt sit flush up against the door. It literally fell open. The next room, the heat runs on the wall along the ceiling and makes a TERRIBLE distracting buzzing sound I never couldve slept through. I also couldn't find a control for it. Not to mention I could here someone screaming either through the ceiling or wall nearby. Like something out of a movie. I suspect there are likely substance user or unhoused people tend to stay there.
Then, after calling the hotel and putting my number is queue for a call back, no one ever called me back from the hotel. The desk girl was a nice but that was bad management. They will havent offered me my money back after I did not sleep there. I left the key in the room and found another hotel.

the matress is in need of replacement, the made a noise while seeting or turning around in the bed. the TV did not work. The first night I could get one chanel only the second night no chanel was available.
try to get the front desk to ask for assistance with the TV cqalled for over twenty minutes no one answer the phone. following I called the main office for reservation and the Lady who said she is the Manager of the department , try to get in touch with the front office without any success. God forbide if I had a real emergency and needed assistance.!!!!

The heating pipe was making horrible noise and was burning. Definitely needs to be replaced.
