The room was not clean properly. Stains on bed, shower curtain bar breaking also had old hair on shower walls and shower curtain, fridge not cold, paint peeling in bathroom, AC was busted and not running properly making weird noises but was still cold, staff member had bad hygiene, weed smells everywhere and dog feces not getting cleaned up and we stepped in it.

We chose the property because of its location to where we needed to be.

Cons:

We booked two rooms at one time, and upon checking in we were told that our card was declined, even though we had receipts for it, and they said our second charge was declined for our second room, only giving us one room and after explaining that we never made two purchases for the room, the lady could care less and was trying to charge us for another room, and I had to sit there like a fool in the lobby after trying to explain to her to just look at the phone and she blamed it all on Booking.com and I contacted Booking.com and they said there was no issues with the room. Everything was charged appropriately. The staff was absolutely piss poor.

Not a top choice near BWI
Pros:

The location is the most positive factor. It’s about 1.5 miles from BWI with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and do the best with what they’ve been given.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a little run down and needs refreshing. Several things in the room did not work and there was no airport shuttle although it was listed in Booking.com. That added another $35 round trip from the airport by Uber.
