The front desk in charge didn’t allow me to check in early which i stated online booking.com that i am checking in early 1am, i understand the policy of checking in but online booking.com said if you want to check in early you just have to leave a message and i did but when I showed up to check in early the front desk in charge name russel didn’t allow me his excuse is they don’t follow booking.com request and that he follow policy 3am check in instead i got there 1am, so i had to booked separately another charge of room because i didn’t want to wait two hours
