Room served the purpose we were using it for as an inexpensive place to sleep.
Pros:

easy to get to close to things to do and places to eat

Cons:

The grounds could have been kept cleaner. there was a dirty mask and trash on the walkway outside our room from the time we checked in to the time we left. All the maids going room to room and no one cleaned up the floor. There was some trash still left on floor in our room from previous guest. There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine that we could find.

Pros:

No breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

Room was filthy. Many things did not function. I didn't even want to sit on the commode. No way I would take a shower. Slept and got up and got out of there.

Weekly rates and transients. Wifi but no Internet. Television therefore a not working.

Pros:

The price. Convenient.

Cons:

The room smelt disgusting, like wet dog. There were two roaches in the bathroom. Everything was old and mildew. I dont mind old things, but the smell and roaches threw me off. It was more of a motel then a hotel and I was not mentally prepared. None of the vending machines worked. It was just very run down. The beds were fine tho.

Throw up outside our door.
Ants everywhere.
People live here - hanging clothes on rails, not 100% smoke free (smoking with their doors open, marjuana smell inside and outside), sticky floors (could not take my shoes off in the room), I could go on.....
Tried to get my money back for the 2nd night but could not get management to get back to me.
