Roaches everywhere. Black water was seeping from the floor. The AC unit has no cover on it. Smelled of mold. The trim was coming off everything. Tv didn't work. Neighbor had a dog. Woke up to a cat in my room.

I made my reservation in advance and when I arrived they didn’t have any rooms. AND the listing on your site was still advertising openings for someone else to potentially purchase a room that isn’t available as well. I Need my refund from Hotels .com

First thing I’m told is there is no rooms and claims she told Expedia already, I’ll have to take it up with them. Hopefully I get refunded the non-refundable payment ?

The staff was extremely helpful when we got there. They we out of rooms.

The tv didnt work in my room,(called office but no one came to fix it), part of safety lock is missing inside of room,and socks were filthy from floor in my room..

The place was dirty and smelly soon as I walked into my hotel room I got a smell of cigarettes and I could not use the AC not even for 10 seconds because of a smell soon as I turned it on and it was like 80 to 90° out so I did not have AC when I stayed

Good value for the money

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty. Bugs. Broken furniture. Moldy and musty. Afraid to go to sleep. I do not recommend.

It was definitely less than par. My reservation was canceled. Got to the hotel and got a room. The first room is nasty. Bugs and bed w a snt made. Second room had no garbage can, no shower curtain and the toliet was broken.

I did not stay there because the place was sketchy and got there and there was people yelling and screaming then the cops showed up

Refurbishing going on so some rooms were not in good shape. Had to try 4 different rooms to finally get a good one.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is infested with bugs and the people staying there are sketchy. We were there 10 minutes and left without a refund

I had my reservation booked and paid for at least a couple days in advance, but when I got there after driving 12 hours on my way home from school - I was told they were sold out and turned away even with my reservation.

Don't stay here. The staff was nice, but the room was gross. There were no sheets on the bed, just a small blanket with stains and holes. There were multiple flies/bugs in the room, and the room smelled. The bathroom was really gross. It seemed ripe for bed bugs. I immediately turned around and left after opening the door.

The sink did not have a lever to open the drain, so I had to use the bathtub to brush my teeth. The only bath towel available was NOT washed and still had hairs from the previous guest as well as stains in the towel. Same thing with the bed. The pillows were also not fluffed and were not comfortable
