Red Roof Inn Columbia, MO

we couldn’t stay here. we left early because we felt unsafe and everything in the room seemed stained. the woman who checked us in seemed very nice and the parking lot was well lit with security cameras. but couldn’t get over the condition of the rooms and we think we saw bullet holes in a door.

Everything was bad take this hotel off you site people living in the hotel fighting police show up very bad place

Many bugs, cigarette burns in comforter, no tv remote, mold, phone broken, reserved two beds and got one, lamp shade urine stain, various smells such as smoke, urine, poop, and marijuana, loitering people, a stray cat outside the door all night, no towels, garbage everywhere outside the room, one roll of toilet paper already opened, blood like stains on wall

Police were called for a couple fighting and people loitering outside. Mold in the bathroom and stains on the walls and bedding. Last time I will stay at this location.

We asked for a fly swatter and they said they didn’t have one. We asked about the tv not working and they said none of the tvs were working due to internet. We told her the room was filthy and she didn’t respond. I think it very odd that she has a sign up saying after 15 minutes no refunds, never have seen that at a hotel. I thought Red Roof was reputable but this experience has changed my mind. They have people living there and abandoned cars parked there.

The Hotel Room was in terrible condition. Light switches worked intermittently. Crumbling drywall and floor trim eroding and falling apart. Floor was dirty and had several bugs.

I have stayed at this place before and just want a cheap but clean place to stay overnight. But this is the very worse condition I have seen at this place. At least have the Coffee ready in the morning.

DISGUSTING 🫣 🤮 I CANT EVEN BEGIN HOW RIDICULOUS THIS PLACE IS IN BUSINESS STILL!! YELLING,FIGHTS OUTSIDE ALL NIGHT! ROOM WAS BEYOND FILTHY! DONT THINK THEY EVEN CLEAN!! TOWEL YELLOW BROWN,BUGS,TOENAIL CLIPPINGS & I WOULD GO ON BUT ITS BEYOND EXPLANATION!!!!

We slept very well in a comfortable, clean and quiet room at.an amazingly affordable price.

The refrigerator was unplugged to defrost. Water was in the floor around it.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. We booked 3 rooms for homecoming game.

1 room -Tv remote is broken. Not enough pillows. Stains all over bedding, marks on walls. Super strong weed smell, sink would not drain

2 room - stains all over bedding and marks on walls and exposed wiring, no locking latch on doors, no smoke detector

3 room - broken toilet, will not flush (literally no handle to flush) Broken lamps, missing shades, paint on floor, stains all over bedding, marks all over walls, not enough pillows, water was turned off, not locking latch on door

It was so bad that the hotel offered to refund us for one of the rooms and we still have not seen it come through.

Was in generally poor condition. Peeling paint. Plumbing fixtures leaky. Dirty floor. Did not go barefoot.

Hands down the worst dump I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty roach infested. Parking lot worse than the surface of the moon. Corporate Red Roof should step in and get rid of these owners and tear this place down. Not enough room here to list all the problems.

This room was very dirty. There was fecal matter, splatter on the inside, back of the sit down part of the toilet seat that we didn’t see until late that afternoon. Went down complained and we received our money back for the room. By the way, they did not offer to come and clean it because their house cleaning staff was gone for the day.We would never stay at this place again. Staff was friendly upon arrival and with the complaint. we would’ve left, but it was college homecoming game night and all the hotels in the town was booked.

2 of the 3 lamps don’t have a bulb. The phone has no cord and doesn’t work. The tv doesn’t work. The bathtub is visibly stained and dingy. The sealing is peeling off the door and hanging infront of it. There are many stains on the walls and doors. At least the air conditioner works.

Bugs

Disgusting property and very unsafe. Wires hanging out of the walls. Filthy. Wreaked of cigarettes. I will never ever stay at this chain again. We were in the room for 5 mins and left and stayed with friends. It was absolutely awful.

Property shows its age. A facelift would improve appearance.

Dirty and unsafe for one big reason: the air conditioner was astonishingly full of black mold.
This is not a small amount, I mean looking into the vent probably took a year off my life. After turning it off and wearing a mask, we left a full 5 hours before checkout.

I understand if you have business troubles, but you need to check each air condition and -REPLACE- each one, do not attempt to clean them. They need to be replaced before your hotel is declared unfit for human habitation.

Air conditioner didn't work. The TV was awful. The room was full of spiders and webs.
