Motel 6-Springfield, MO - North

ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE, PILLOWS, WALLS, BATHTUB, I IMMEDIATELY RAN OUT OF THE ROOM RIGHT AFTER OPENING THE DOOR.

I asked them to clean and bring clean towels, but they never did in 6 days.

Booked a room they confirmed it and charged me for it and then when we arrive at the property they tell us they are closed and have been since September and won’t reopen til may then why was it confirmed and I was charged for it🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered a king size bed . Was given a full size bed. Wife and I slept shoulder to shoulder. We have a king size bed at home. I used a tape measure. The rooms down the hall had bigger beds, that were also empty.

Was very dirty smelly Inside and out this place needs a total shake down and clean up upgrade

Was not able to get the room. My reservation number was ok, but the pin wouldn't work. Tried to talk to a REAL person, but without a working pin could not. Couldn't stay, Couldn't cancel. Never got to check in.

Woke up with roaches crawling on the bed, walls, one on me. The sink i barley even turned the faucet on and it was full blast soaked my work shirt. The toilet sounds like a full size plane taking off when you flush it. I didn't really appreciate walking up like that then having to rush around to find another work shirt. I just don't think I should of had to pay for a room like that. Ive stayed there in the past and never had problems.

The location was not great, the linen was stained, the pillows were just disgusting, the bathroom tub was stained and the handles had soap scum, no warm or hot water. Towels were stained. Coak roaches everywhere. Locks were broken, lighting was poor and fixtures were partially off the wall.

I didn't like the fact that that hotel used to run pretty clean and had housekeeping services it had sheets towels it had an ice machine that wasn't almost completely broken it had laundry services that weren't almost completely broken now nothing's updated there are no towels when you ask for towels there's no sheets there's no housekeeping services The doors are falling apart they don't lock properly they advertise that they have refrigerators and microwaves but when you pay for the refrigerators and microwaves when you book the hotel you don't find out until after you booked it and it's non-refundable that they don't actually have any microwaves or refrigerators those are saved for the staff that live in the hotel only

Roaches in the tub, blood stain on the sheets, the smell of people smoking so much weed it was seeping out their room as we walked to our room.

Everything. The place was disgusting. Sheets were stained. Drug addicts all over the property. Didn't stay. When I saw the room I requested a refund. Too 40 days to finally get a refund. General Manager was very rude.

The pictures of this place looks nothing like how it really looks. It's trashy looking. Parking lot needs fixed. We didn't see the rooms because when we got there and had booked a room at 7 in the morning and got there at 3, our room wasn't even ready. So we cancelled on June 28th and still haven't received our refund. I'm going to call every day until I do tho.
