Old worn out hotel, no breakfast, isolated.
Pros:

The hotel is run down, isolated and you can't walk to anything. No restaurants near by. Front desk person was excellent. big breakfast room - but don't let that fool you - NOT even coffee! Nothing. Parking was good. If you have extra weight - you could not close door to toilet shower. I am guessing that the Super8 down the road would be a better buy!

Absolutely horrific. And I’ve never written a bad review.
Pros:

It was a low price.

Cons:

It smelled super strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, there were roaches in two of the rooms after my brother had to switch rooms. It had signs everywhere not to smoke and not to loiter which is a bad sign.

Cons:

Upon arrival, the front desk agent informed me that the property had NO HOT WATER and the elevators were not working. Since do like to take the occasional shower and wash my hands having no hot water is a little problematic so I decided to go to another property (also booked through Booking.com). Unfortunately Booking.com seems to have an issue with the need for me to cancel that property even though I immediately called their customer service department. One star for the hotel and zero stars for booking.com

The staff at the front desk when we checked in was great very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location was close to our venue but did not seem like the best area. It was concerning coming back at a later time. We were woken in the middle of the night by someone banging on our door who proceeded to go down our hallway on our floor banging on all of the doors until they found their room. I would not recommend or stay again.

The location was convenient, and the staff did move us to another room when we brought the issues to their attention.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no hot water. Our first room also had what appeared to be an ant nest, with ants throughout the room. We reported the issue and were moved to another room, but the second room still wasn’t in good condition and had stains on the sheets. I was disappointed that there was no apology or offer of any type of compensation, such as a discounted rate or a future stay. We chose not to cancel because this was a last-minute trip and finding another hotel at that point would have been difficult.

My stay was disappointing, and I would not stay there again.

It was close to Dix Park, which is why I came to Raleigh.

Cons:

I was told upon arrival that there was no hot water and there hadn’t been for two days. It was too late by the time I got there to look for another hotel, and I felt the hotel should’ve given its customers a heads up, or at least offer to discount my room. I found an empty M&M bag on the floor which made me question how good the room had been cleaned. Only one ice machine worked and it was on the 3rd floor, which was not the floor my room was on.
