Don't let the "plus" fool you.

Why do they call it Red Roof plus as if there's any upgrades. The rooms are the same dingy, old, musty smell with dire need for update. I tried to use heat...didn't work and inhightened the mold smell.

Exceptional pet friendly hotel
Pros:

The dog area and doors opening directly outside your door without an inner hallway are perfect for dogs and unpacking.

The pet fee is the most reasonable of any hotel we have stayed in, especially since we have two dogs. Also, some pet friendly rooms appear to be the worst rooms in the hotel, but these did not.

When we went into the room, I realized I hadn't booked a premium room with a refrigerator, which was my mistake. The receptionist found a premium room with a refrigerator for us that was actually right next to our room.

The location is great. It's right next to the freeway and has several casual restaurants only 1 mile away.

Cons:

We stayed here about 3 years ago and enjoyed every part of our stay. It appears though, that not a lot of upkeep has occurred to maintain the rooms. The sink area looked new, but the bathtub/shower could stand to be replaced. It looked dirty, which appeared to be due to its condition. My cleanliness rating was mostly based on this.

Advertised as non smoking but the entire facility reeked of smoke. Even the receptionist smoked. The room was worn and dirty
