We ended up leaving on the same day, was in the room for 15 minutes.

Bad experience
Pros:

Location was great for going where we needed to go and for doing various activities abroad. Check in was very easy and quick.

Cons:

We requested a non smoking room and when we got to the room, it smelled like cigarettes in there. Went to look at the bathroom and there were burn marks all over the tub, as well as some mold on the caulking around the tub. Needless to say we dod not ise the tub or shower. When we got back to the room and went to bed that evening, there were only 3 small pillows for a king size bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. When I awoke in the morning and went to get something out of the fridge, everything inside was ruined because the knob for the temperature was broken and I didn't realize when we went to put our food and drinks inside. When we went to check out, the staff was not surprised about our complaints at all and instructed me to file a complaint on the booking site I used. I will NECER stay here again.

Don't stay here!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Cons:

Room had a a musty odor and was freezing when we checked in. Floors were dirty. No fridge or microwave. Very low water pressure. Toilet water height was such that your hand touched it when wiping. No toiletries were present.

Horrible 1st and last time trying to book a room and not being able to get the room I paid for
Pros:

Nothing didn't get to stay when I paid for it

Cons:

The employees attitude, me paying for the hotel and being told they haven't received the money and I had plenty of conformation I did. I never received a refund for the hotel I was not able to sleep at even tho I paid. No contact back from the manager even tho I've complained multiple ways
