English were the main problem. Staff needs to be trained specially front desk. Staff for cleaning were great even though lack of English.

Great place for the Price
Pros:

A solo traveller for weekend, the hotel was great for the price. Modern, clean room, and very well located to the city where taking a Grab is cheap. Situated just on the other side of the river to the city.
