English were the main problem. Staff needs to be trained specially front desk. Staff for cleaning were great even though lack of English.

The staff are helpful and friendly.
The bathroom facilities were great, the bedding was clean, the room was good size. There was an air conditioner in the room, a fridge, a kettle and glasses. You could buy snacks and water downstairs. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
It would be great if tea bags and coffee were provided in the room as well as water.

It is quiet and safe.
A solo traveller for weekend, the hotel was great for the price. Modern, clean room, and very well located to the city where taking a Grab is cheap. Situated just on the other side of the river to the city.
