Desk worker . Kicked us out

The bathroom sink did not deliver warm or hot water. The base of the bed had a tinny sound when moving around in the bed. There was no lamp on the left bedside table (needed more lighting in the room).

Little things in the room and hotel needed to be fixed. Noticed by my OCD husband. Towels are a little rough, but fully stocked in the room.

En ce qui concerne le personnel, nous sommes tombé sur la fameuse Kim, lors de notre arrivée à 19h30, après six heures de route.
Nous avons eu malheureusement un problème de réservation, apparemment, Booking n’avait pas transféré l’argent à l’établissement, d’après les dires de kim.
Kim a refusé de nous admettre, même si elle nous a garanti que le problème serait réglé dans la soirée, elle nous a proposé de rester dans le lobby, le temps que la situation se règle.
Tout en jouant sur son téléphone, elle ne sait pas vraiment préoccupé de notre situation. Étant très fatigué, nous avons pris l’initiative de prendre un autre hôtel et d’annuler celui-ci.
Nous avons demandé à Kim d’annuler notre réservation pour éviter les frais supplémentaires, ce qu’elle a bien évidemment refusé.
Nous lui avons alors indiqué que nous repassons le lendemain pour voir où en était la situation.
le lendemain, nous sommes tombés sur la manageuse et une autre personne qui était très sympathique.
Elles ont su être à notre écoute, elles ont trouvé une solution en très peu de temps.
Tout en nous disant que la veille nous aurions pu rester sur place et dormir, vu que la situation était pas si dramatique que cela. Et éviter de payer un autre hôtel
Nous souhaitons remercier Kim pour tout ces désagréments et son altruisme 🙃

The hotel tried to charge me $280 for a deposit and when I told them it was only supposed to be $150 per the online booking information they wouldn't listen. I ended up with no where to stay. The staff were extremely rude and they refused to give me a refund.

The jab outlets on all the lamps in my room were disabled, rather inconvenient because I forgot my wall charger. Also, some of the outside doors had their handles removed. Like it wasn’t just locked securely in only opens with a card kind of situation like the door handles were removed and the door was permanently locked. That’s concerning cause that’s not only a safety hazard, but it makes me really kind of sketched out about the area cause that’s telling me that there were so many attempted break-ins that they just gave up and took away the knob.

Rented three rooms for a weekend festival for my family and the room me and my wife had was full of bugs with flying ants around the room. When i advised the front counter of the unsanitary conditions of the room the front desk lady advised that there was no rooms that would be available to switch to and that we would have to wait for the next morning to have the issue addressed. My wife and i stayed at another room we had already booked as part of the three having to stay with part of the family. The next morning i advised a different front desk lady of the issue to which she advised that i would need to cancel the booking and that i would only receive half of the booking refunded and that I would have to pay an additional fee for my wife and i staying in the separate room we had already booked and paid for.

Wall outlets did not work and no hot water!!!! Cold showers! 👎🏼

The bathroom was dirty, the tub was dingy and so were the towels.

the outside is a bit sus , didn’t have any fresh / non sugar options for breakfast.. ie. fruit but the hotel staff are really nice and try to help you out if they can!
