Great experience.
Pros:

The room space was great the beds where comfy the pool was clean and wasnt crowded the washer and dryer was perfect where always available and next to the gym.

Cons:

i didnt like that the washer and dryer was a small area and would be great to have a chair to sit while waiting instead of waiting standing up during the night.

Everything. Not clean well, bathroo. Door not close right, wouldn't let cancel for an emergency, rude staff and location horrible. I was concerned for safety

Poor quality and poor customer service

The lady was nice upon check-in. After getting settled into the room. Checking the mattresses they were dirty stains all over the blankets. We found a bugs in the bed. Floor was dirty. When calling staff to request a refund I was dodged multiple times when asking for management. Every time I called to speak with management I was told I would get a call back. . . Never happened. When attempting to call at the times given. It was excuse after excuse she would be right back she had just stepped out. Did not even attempt to make it right. Was rude no customer service. Then I noticed random charges being placed on my card. Online order for Walmart $132.00 & Tik tok for $356.00. Which my bank flagged thank God. I believe not only was i being dodge for my refund. They took it upon their selves to use my card for their own purchases.

Pros:

The location of the Hotel, Comfy bed. Was able to get to almost anywhere from the location. Was just worried about my vehicle but it was fine overall.

Cons:

Small parking spaces, Staff was over their heads, I didn’t feel welcomed nor did they make me feel that I picked the right place to stay with my family. The fitness center isn’t really a fitness center. Theirs literally nothing in there other than treadmills. Not very well insulated rooms for you can hear other conversations or noises from other rooms. The showering tub makes lots of noises like if it’s going to break when standing moving around trying to shower.
