It was great! Staff was very helpful with everything and checking in to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything!
Pros:

Clean, convenient for shopping and food!

Cons:

A little drive from a few places but not entirely too bad! No microwaves in room but could use the one where the breakfast bar was.

Cons:

It’s starting to go downhill when I first started staying there when I would come in. It was really clean and so comfortable and now it’s not really either of those things there was a nasty tons of french fries behind the desk in between the beds. I only found out because I dropped my watch behind there and I had move it a little to get it out and there was the nasty fries and other stuff on the floor, so that wasn’t very nice to look at or to know that no one ever pulled it out to clean it. The beds are not so comfortable anymore either I felt like it was the dirtiest room I ever had when I stayed there they need to start taking care of the place the entire place again!! inside and outside

The rooms were wonderful

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights for approximately $112.00 per night. I thought this was a very fair price.

I had to check out for 1 night and then checked back in for 1 additional night. On the last night they charged me $190.00. When I asked why the same type of room was so much more they said their prices change on a daily basis.

I travel to Lancastet quite a bit and thought I had found a great place yo stay. But if I csnt countvon price consistency during the same week, I won't be back

Absolutely awful, very rude staff and management
Pros:

We woke up at 7:30am Saturday morning to the maids yelling vulgarities to each other using obscene words for female anatomy. I called down to the front desk and was informed they had handled it. 15 minutes later it was still going on so I went down to the front desk and the clerk informed me she was the only one on duty and that she couldn’t do anything about it. I called today to speak with a manager about it and the clerk hung up on me mid sentence then refused to answer my calls. Absolutely appalling!

Cons:

Everything! The staff was rude and when I brought it to their attention they did not care and then hung up the phone when I tried to communicate my concerns.

There was a party in the lobby by the main entrance that went on well past midnight. Loud music tons of alcohol. There was no shampoo in the shower. Or enough towels for 2 ppl. When I booked the room the site states that the checkout time is by 12pm. I asked the front attendant if there was a possibility to get a late check out and was told that check out is at 11. 12 would be considered a late check out. Which I did save that info in case I am charged for the extra hour! Other than that the room was nice, clean, & was able to do laundry However $3 to wash laundry is not bad. But $3 to dry the laundry was pricey. & did not even give enough time to dry the load!

Cons:

Items that come with the room such as shampoo, towel etc were not available. Had to use my own. A party with loud music and lots of alcohol was happening in the lobby by the front entrance until at least midnight.
