In a pinch, I would stay again

I enjoyed the staff. They were helpful and the facilities and rooms were very clean.

Management/service has declined since our last stay in 2025.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room. It was hot and AC was on when we arrived.

Cons:

1. A housekeeping by the name of Ashley complained loudly about a disagreement with other staff in common areas.
2. There is one elevator and staff did not prioritize guests.
3.We left our pillows and when we called to locate them they could not be found and did not call back despite a request to do so.

I let them know that the shower wouldn't drain phone didn't work stain on the bed sheet had to ask them to clean it

Lora did such an amazing job as the breakfast attendant, the space was clean and breakfast was awesome. All of the staff

From the second I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and kindness from the front desk. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Sadly, this place is typical of this level of hotel quality.
Pros:

We didn’t love having to look at Fox News first thing in the morning or all the paper and plastic going into the trash. The USB plugs in our room were not working, there was a loud noise coming from the ceiling in the hang-up alcove in the room, and the bathroom mirror lighting was not great. We wouldn’t have mentioned all of this, but you asked.
