- Nice view from the room
- Room was poorly maintained: flooring and furniture were almost all damaged, some lights weren't working
- Electric blinds were broken, no way to raise/lower them manually
- Alerted staff about the blinds and they never did anything about it

The staff - especially Landon, and Edward- they are superstars!- everyone was responsive, polite, cheerful and had the most welcoming and accommodating demeanors. The room I was in had a great view looking north of the city. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. The design of the lobby, restaurant felt current without feeling like a fad.
That I wasn't able to check out their roof bar!
It was clean and comfortable
There was quite a bit of street noise on the 4th floor and it is definitely more of a canal Street vibe and less Tribeca.
Location is fantastic and the hotel itself has unique treats I much fancied like happy hour at a rooftop bar and the speakeasy, St. Tuesday.
Staff was amazing, from the warm welcome to the fast and easy check in.
Room was a bit small, but I was expecting that since it was clear in the sizing when booking.
Location, comfort, great price! Room was great.
1) Our room was still unavailable at 5pm despite check in being at 3pm. After stepping off an 8 hour international flight and hoping to refresh before making the most of our trip, this was really disappointing and unacceptable.
2) The other person on the booking was prohibited from dropping their bags at the hotel despite having the relevant details and identification.
3) a sliding door in the bathroom would have been better than barn door.
4) two guests checked in and only 1 robe and slippers provided.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. Small but well arranged rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Decent coffee and a first rate range of breakfast options.
