No clear way to call front desk
And no clear information on if there is room service etc..
the hotel phone was confusing since we couldn’t reach any parts of the hotel on it

Pros:

Impressionnante vue dégagée sur la ville, chambre petite mais optimisėe. Convient parfaitement à une personne seule. Se réveiller avec une telle vue est une expérience assez exceptionnelle.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique n'était pas parfaite mais je n'ai pas été dėrangė.

Best hotel I've stayed in at New York. Lovely staff, clean and modern rooms, great working area with cafe and restaurant, bang in the center of everything! Gym was small but had enough to have a few decent workouts.

Very nice clean and good location.
Pros:

Location was very nice, not far from the action but not right in it. 2 blocks from Soho and just a small metro ride from the rest of the city. Hotel is clean staff is nice, but the beds are on the small side. Rooms get cleaned every day which is a major plus.

Cons:

Beds could be a bit bigger but not a must. Where some cozy nights with my wife haha.
