Still my favorite
Pros:

I absolutely love the location and the rooms with the bed in a nook in front of the window where you have a beautiful view over the city.

Cons:

I’ve been staying at this hotel since it has opened and you can see the wear and tear. Floors in the rooms buckle. The upholstery in the rooms and lobby has stains. I wish they would update.

I was disappointed that I was staying at a major hotel but yet had to sleep in what was effectively a "pod". I
Cons:

The room I was given - an upgrade to a King - was silly. The bed was completely against 3 walls and part of the fourth. There was no place to sit and hardly room to stand.

Also, the location is in Chinatown, not Tribeca, although close to the latter.

Pros:

The wifi is to complex to get in. Too many people could not connect. At the cafre next door f.e. it was easy to access.
Room was small but clean, but also the AC did not work properly. Tooo cold or too warm. The fine tuning does not work.

Good location, bad sleep conditions.
Pros:

Small but comfy room and convenient location

Cons:

Super noisy area and the windows don’t seem to have any sound proofing. The shades on the windows also left plenty of space for light leakage so not great for sleeping.

This was a phenomenal stay with high level hospitality and an amazing guest experience! Thank you so much. Definitely have to shout out Tony here due to his stellar customer service, his five-star level of professionalism and management, plus his attentiveness that cannot go unnoticed! My experience was excellent from beginning to end!

Pros:

I walk into the room, sunlight pours into my eyes, revealing the golden glow of Manhattan. My mouth opens in awe. I had never seen such a view, my jaw keeps lowering, I see the Chrysler building shining, and my jaw gets even lower… the Empire State Building. I was a wise man witnessing the first Christmas, the king of Italy beholding the sisteen chapel, and a boy from innner New York watching Babe Ruth take the field.

Today I ask myself: what would I do to experience this amount of peak again?
-I would leave the love of my life, my first edition 1954 Superman comic book.
-I would steal porridge from Oliver Twist, then eat it as he watches.
-I would endure a woman driving, for 4 minutes tho. Tops.

5/4 Can’t wait to return.

An amazing stay with exceptional service—I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The property was amazing—beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional receptionist. Even after working a long night shift, he remained incredibly polite, kind, and professional. We arrived very early, around 9:00 a.m., and asked if an early check-in might be possible. Although we understood it depended entirely on availability, it truly felt like he did everything he could to accommodate us. We were able to check in at around 12:00 p.m., which made a huge difference after our trip. A big thank you to him for going above and beyond with such outstanding customer service.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.
