Best hotel I've stayed in at New York. Lovely staff, clean and modern rooms, great working area with cafe and restaurant, bang in the center of everything! Gym was small but had enough to have a few decent workouts.
Rooms are a bit small but its NY!
Location, reasonably modern design
Zero sound proofing in windows, incredibly noisey. Rooms also very very small
We loved the location
Staff could’ve been friendlier
Nothing, really.
A $700-a-night sweatbox with broken lights, no fridge, no coffee, a door that won’t close, and a fan instead of air conditioning—this dump makes “cozy king” sound like a cruel joke, and I’ll never stay here again.
Location was very nice, not far from the action but not right in it. 2 blocks from Soho and just a small metro ride from the rest of the city. Hotel is clean staff is nice, but the beds are on the small side. Rooms get cleaned every day which is a major plus.
Beds could be a bit bigger but not a must. Where some cozy nights with my wife haha.
Fantastic location, great restaurant and cafe area
Room was a little too tight for a comfortable stay as a couple
We love the hotel and the area.
You put us in a room with no heat and then moved us to a room with no heat. And your staff member got into a heated discussion with my wife.
Location, location, location
One of two elevators out of order. Extremely tiny room. On Saturday morning, I could not sit in the hotel lobby and have my coffee because the entire floor space was taken by a yoga class. In the hotel lobby! I don’t think all of the guests should be deprived of the use of the lobby because of a yoga class. No coffee maker or fridge in room.
overall, the location and accommodations were convenient and gave access to the city easily.
Having an EXCELLENT restaurant and cafe/ plus Blue Bottle for coffee = great.
Staff = Young, hip, friendly responsive.
Facts - confusing wall-screen touch-system for in-room heating / temp control. Would be helpful to have some guidance at the time of check-in.
A second elevator was not working which meant that, at many times it was a long wait or we took the (awkward) stairs; signage on the main floor indicated that the '2nd elevator' problem would momentarily be fixed, but it was not fixed for an entire week.
It’s was clean and a restaurant in building
You can’t order food from your room
