Pros:

The room was dirty, I cleaned it myself. There were holes in the shower wall, it looked like the drywall was coming off. The tables and dresser were all sticky.

Pros:

First room was filthy, toilet clogged up, sticky dirty floors and it stunk . We had to ask do another and the guy down the service desk was helpful and nice enough to povide another room. The new room was also dirty, bathroom door rotted, complete disaster. Few years ago I had stay at the same hotel and I don’t recall having those issues. Will not be using this property anymore.

A/C was not working, there was hair from previous people who stayed there on the towels. The shower had rust, the walls had cracks and water damage. Someone tried to open my door multiple times and told them they had the wrong room.

I don’t have any complaints about the stay we had here. It was clean and quiet and everyone was very nice that worked there. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was clean and open. We did take our little dog with us, which was no charge for the first pet. They have a station for poop pick up yet some people don’t have the courtesy to use it. Not the hotels fault. The beds were decently comfortable and bedding was clean. I like that there is both a fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of outlets for charging items. We will definitely use this Red Roof Inn the next time we stay in Austin.

Felt like I was at a trap house!! Horrible experience. This place is dirty, old, ghetto, ratchet, smells, with outdated rooms and very small rooms I highly do not recommend.

Pros:

I felt unsafe here, thankfully only stayed overnight. Noise from the highway kept me awake. Everything was kinda dated and not too great. Glad I only stayed one night, not staying again.
