Overall a pleasant experience ♥️
Pros:

Most of them are warm and friendly accommodating and the room service chambermaids are great keeping my room clean checking constantly what I needed ♥️

Cons:

There’s a glitch in reservation that didn’t account for my stay on for longer periods. It was eventually resolved and I had to pay more than expected.

Cons:

There was a leak in a/c . The sheets smelled. I could tell that the towel I used was the same towel I used to dry was just folded and put on hanging rack. The floor towel was also just folded and draped over the tub . I could tell because it was dirty and the floor was not swept because my hop-1 patch was right where I dropped it so I know the floor was not cleaned.
