Pros:

Room was not ready at check-in. Room was decently clean but had hair in the tub and there were unknown black flakes on the sheets. Staff was very friendly though and the area feels safe.

Room was extremely dirty, bathroom door didn't have any lock on the door, bathroom was super dirty with hair from previous residents, floor and carpet was super dusty, only 2 towels in the bathroom, period stain on bedsheets, and so many more mess ups. A lot of low class criminal-looking residents around whonstarted peeping inside our room as soon as we opened it. DON'T RENT THIS PLACE!

Pros:

Staff was rude upon check in. He was being passive aggressive when me and my family came early to check in. most hotels waive the early check in fee. He didn’t even try to. Just all around not comfortable being here.
