The front desk people were great .

Cons:

I didn’t get the room that I ask for . I called after I made my reservation and my room was supposed to of been changed and it wasn’t . We were very crowded

Dikke voldoende en prima ontspannen sfeer.
Pros:

Op het laatste moment via booking gevraagd voor late check-inn. Dit werd al snel beantwoord wat rust geeft. Bij binnenkomst een vriendelijk en ontspannen ontvangst. Goede sfeer. En de baliemedewerker was uiterst behulpzaam. Konden zwemmen tot en met tien uur in de avond. Zwembad water was niet heel warm maar goed te doen. Ook de kamer was rustig en goede bedden. Ontbijt gewoon zoals bij vele Hampton Inn's. Kan er prima op starten.

Cons:

De omgeving is wat saai. Zitten wel wat fast-food ketens in de buurt en in het plaatsje Hillville 2 restaurants. Verder gewoon een Hotel op doorreis. Booking.. Pas je foto's aan op de site. Staan veel oudere foto's bij. Hotel ziet er prima gerenoveerd uit.

Relaxing friendly environment!
Pros:

Very clean, great friendly staff. We loved the hot tub and the great breakfast! The omelettes and kielbasa were awesome!

Pros:

The hotel felt clean to me. The room was small, but the host at the front desk gave us a room change so that we weren't right by the elevator, which was nice because we had young kids with us and he didn't want the noise to bother them. The pool and hot tub were nice but the pool was cold!

Cons:

The room was a little small, but ok for what we needed. It was just smaller than the one we had previously at the same hotel. The beds were not very comfortable, however if you like a super firm mattress, you'll be fine.

GREAT People- GREAT Location- Overall GREAT place to stop
Pros:

The best things about this property are the PEOPLE first- warm- inviting- hardworking- personable- overall an amazing team- secondly the location- easy to get to off the hwy- gas -food close by-

Cons:

the fridge did not work properly - it froze my food I put in there and the freezer packs which I put in the upper area re freezer were melted- disappointing- my dogs food was frozen solid not happy about that

Pros:

Clean room, comfortable, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast, decent location and friendly staff. Overall, very nice hotel. We stayed on our way to South Carolina and again on our way home. Our 2 young girls loved the pool.

For the rest of our trip, we stayed at home two suites by Hilton, which were great when traveling with pets. They charge
