Pros:

Al menos en el primer piso, me tocó la 128 estuvo limpia.

En esta fecha de 1 día, estuvo aceptable. Igual tuve q salir a pedir q cambien el control de la tv, pero los 3 dias que estuve me.pusieron en el 301. Pésimo servicio, apestaba horrible. Nada de ambientadores.de los 3 dias sólo 1 dia hicieron la habitación y eso porque tuve q ir a buscar a alguien para pedirles por favor que lo hagan, aparte de ir a recepción. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE ESTE HOTEL, x fotos de Internet se ve bueno. Pero nada que ver. Estoy arrepentido y avergonzado de llevar a mi novia a este hotel.

Hagan un buen servicio.

Lo bueno es q hubo agua caliente.

Es el peor servicio que pude conocer, las toallas me parecen que las lavan con agua. La habitación con olor a guardado. Ni siquiera se preocupan x un ambientador. De los 3 dias, sólo hicieron 1 vez la habitación, encima me pusieron en el 3er piso 301 , al costado habían personas q fumaban marihuana, tuve q bajar a pedir toallas, a cambiar el control del televisor, el shampoo del baño, a las justas. La verdad fue la peor experiencia en un hotel aqui en USA, NO recomiendo a nadie éste hotel. Pésimo servicio. Estoy bastante avergonzado con mi novia por llevarla a.ese hotel. Al menos x Internet se ve bueno, pero super lejos a la realidad. Hasta el hotel 69 es leeeeejosss mejor que este hotel la verdad. Si pudiera reclamar mi dinero, lo haria.

Homeless people asking for change sitting on the stairs on the second story outside as I walk by at 4am. Rude management. They tied to charge me an extra $500 hundred because I was booked for a month. When that is not in their contract. The room smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. They have signs all over the office saying they will charge more if they smell cigarettes in the room. When I told him he said and I shit you not. “ don’t worry about it, we will check the room in 30 days.” When I asked him if I will get charged if the smell smoke then he said yes. This place had hookers all around and homeless sleeping outside of the rooms asking for change with a bunch of young people that went running away from one of the vehicles a I pulled in at 4am. Shit place never stay here.

We did not stay they would not let us because they said we did not have a reservation in their compu

In the game when we got there the guy at the register said our reservation was not in the computer so he wouldn't give us a room and told us they were booked solid even though we showed him the paperwork
