Cons:

I booked a non smoking room due to medical issues and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The bathroom smelled like something was burning in it. Had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk staff to come back to request a different room. He left no sign to say he stepped away and there was no other staff. Then there was no other rooms available so we had to leave. On another note the elevator felt and sounded like it needed maintenance. The Lloyd sounds that it made and the shaking was not very assuring that it was safe to ride.

Pros:

That the WiFi worked well did expect it to to after everything

Cons:

The food machines did not work. The equipment was not working properly heater No cups in room no replacement for water since the drink machine did not work or no concern that it did not.

Got the job done.... We just needed to sleep.

Clean enough

Cons:

The breakfast was a joke- about 4 granola bars, 3 bags of instant oatmeal and1 bag of grits. We were there 1.5 hours prior to breakfast ending. They also didn't have any spoons.

Friendly and professional staff. All areas in my room where clean! My Sheets and towels where fresh and clean and I'm the morning hot coffee was already at the breakfast Bar

The cleanliness of the carpet in the room. Definitely could benefit greatly from being shampooed and a deep clean.

Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go

Cons:

My room was dirty . Broken sink the water constantly ran , smoke detector was hanging from ceiling , gave me moldy towel . I asked them to fix it and nobody came . They admitted to knowing that room had broken sink and smoke detector.
