We partner with two nearby public parking facilities. Secure Parking at 159 Pitt Street (located under the hotel) has self-parking AUD 68 per 24 hours and Valet parking AUD 115 per 24 hours. The second option is Wilson Parking at AUD 23 Angel Place (Pitt Street), charging AUD 35 per entry per 24 hours on weekdays and weekends. Please note that both options must have the ticket validated by the hotel Concierge. Prices are subject to change.

The location is great and the hotel well appointed, so I use the Fullerton most when I visit Sydney. However, after the last 5 day trip, I may change my mind - money extraction seems to be winning out over service, even on the Executive floors / rooms
On arrival I noted that the £ price being charged was over £150 more than the rate agreed on my booking,com invoice. I was told on 3 occasions that this was a function of the supplier the hotel uses for terminals / fx which charges 3.8% - on top of the 1.85% the hotel adds for credit card payment. Eventually a manager appeared and belatedly offered a $100 bar credit and a room upgrade as compensation. I left puzzled as the Exec lounge has a ‘free’ bar anyway and the room we were given was exactly the same as those I have stayed in prior.
This set the tone for a stay that I felt was yet expensive for the service offered. As a further examples -
-there is one small water bottle free in the room, which was only refreshed once in 5 days. After that, the 500ml bottles in the mini bar were charged at $18 (£9 each). This, on an Executive floor where there is, in theory, a free lounge & bar.
- we were told on arrival we could leave our luggage and use the gym to freshen up in the last day prior to departing to the airport. When we tried to use this facility the concierge had no knowledge and insisted our only option was to change in the cramped toilet near the lobby

Poor facility, room is not clean and furniture in the room is too old so it is difficult to have a seat.
Beautiful large federation style hotel and great central location. I had a large room/living area with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. I found the small walk in style wardrobe and storage area excellent.
The buffet breakfast and seating area is very pleasant.
The restaurant was not open during the three evenings I was there though one could buy food and drinks in the lobby bar. The food on offer here was just okay and expensive. No pool or spa facilities though there is a gym.
The staff were just incredible. I had a problem with my car & the concierge staff organised tradespeople to come & fix it. They check on me constantly to ensure my car was fixed,
