Comfortable and quiet nice frig
Pros:

I thought breakfast was very good freshveggs sausage I k liked the fish waffle and the good juice selection.i found the location very good .

Cons:

I think the bathtub could have been cleaner black under safety mat nothing a little extra cleaning would not look after

Qualitat-preu però lluny del centre
Pros:

La nostra estada d'una nit ha estat prou satisfactòria, especialment tenint en compte la relació qualitat-preu.
L'atenció rebuda va ser bàsica però correcta.
Per sort, l'hotel està situat prop de diverses zones comercials, la qual cosa va resultar molt pràctica per comprar queviures i altres necessitats per la ruta.
L'esmorzar va ser prou complet i l'habitació va estar bé.

Cons:

Un aspecte a tenir en compte és la distància al centre, ja que tot i que creiem que era més a prop, requereix uns 20 o 25 minuts de cotxe.
Segurament ens plantejaríem si repetir l'experiència i buscaríem una alternativa més propera al centre de Calgary.

value for money from this budget hotel but ...
Pros:

located close to relative we were calling on before heading out to Banff. Breakfast was a bonus and range of things to eat OK. Rooms decent size and beds comfortable. Parking free and large parking area with some shops a supermarket near and fast food outlets waling distance.

Cons:

Room refresh was cancelled due to lack of staff and busyness of the hotel

Friendly Staff & Waterslide Pool

Gross bathroom and terrible front desk service!
Hygiene is a bare minimum, but this place failed completely. I went to use the bathroom and was disgusted to find hairs left in the sink and stuck all over the "clean" rolled towels. When I went to the front desk to complain, the staff member on duty didn't even have the decency to apologize. Instead, she tried to reason that it was just transfer from a vacuum cleaner... which makes zero sense for a towel. For $235 a night, you expect a clean room and basic accountability, not gross bathrooms and excuses. However, kudos to the other young & short haired front desk staff member on duty later, who sincerely apologized when I explained what happened."

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Close to all major grocery places and restaurants. Has pool with slide. Room has the sink outside the toilet.

Cons:

Room is outdated and tight space but it does its function. Its hot even ac is on. Tight parking. Staff are not friendly but approachable.

Nice and clean
Pros:

Location was great, close to some restaurants and amenities. Pretty quick trip to the mountains, relatively, if you're not actually staying in the mountains. Very clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast wasn't gross.
