The hotel was easy to reach with a free shuttle from teh airport, and it served a really nice breakfast too.
The shuttle service was a little awkward to reach, but it wasn't a problem overall.
Convenient to airport. Starting point for our caravan tour
Grill food was delicious
It was very clean and staff are very friendly
It’s a bit hard to find. It’s tucked away in an industrial area.
Comfortable, fairly close to airport, shuttle was good
Restaurant service was v/good but food (dinner and breakfast) was pretty good (although four others in my party felt supper was real good.
Compared with other Hilton properties I have stayed at, this hotel fell well below my expectations.
The biggest disappointment was the airport shuttle service. After calling the hotel, we waited about 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport. The shuttle to the airport operates only once an hour, which is inconvenient for travelers with fixed departure schedules.
For example, if you are taking the 9:30 a.m. airport shuttle bus to Banff, even though the hotel is only about a 15-minute drive from the airport, you would need to take the hotel’s 8:00 a.m. shuttle. That means leaving at least an hour earlier than necessary. This is especially inconvenient for guests who arrive on a late-night flight and are hoping for a more relaxed morning.
Breakfast was another disappointment. Instead of the buffet-style breakfast commonly found at many Hilton properties, the breakfast here was much more limited and did not meet the standard I normally associate with the Hilton brand.
The only aspects that truly reflected Hilton’s usual standards were the normal service provided by the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the shuttle drivers. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match what I expect from a Hilton hotel. Considering the shuttle schedule and the breakfast, I would choose a different hotel on my next visit.
We were part of a Caravan Tour. The hotel is nice but a bit remote. Other than the hotel bar and restaurant there is not much else. Tim Horton’s is two blocks north and Moxie’s is three blocks south. We chose Mixie’s. Happy Hour begins at 3:00.
The hotel has nice clean rooms and a splendid pool area.
Room and property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Camera spaziosa, letto scomodo
Il servizio a colazione
E al check - in il casino fatto con gli addebiti
Lovely sized room with natural light. Shower and bathroom had good facilities. Nice breakfast selection and attractive decoration. Very good value for money.
Quite awkward to get to downtown Calgary on public transit. Hotel shuttle not operating.
Front desk staff were EXCELLENT. They were friendly and really knew their stuff.
Matig weinig keuze .
Te veel eieren etc .
Het lawaai in de kamer was ontzettend van de airco.
This hotel was probably okay in the winter when you do not need air condition. I checked in when it was 75° outside and the rooms were set at 74° and The air condition would not bring the temperature down for the first two rooms I had. Temperature actually went up in the rooms for the first hour. I asked if I could just cancel my reservation so I can find another place and they would not allow this even though the rooms were extremely uncomfortable.
I would recommend trying the Holiday inn Express next door as it seems to be a much newer hotel.
I have stayed at Hilton properties through work for the last 15 years and have never been as treated this bad at one of their properties.
The location was great
It was dirty. The pool and hot tub area were not maintained.
