I will definitely come again next time when I visit Nagoya.
Pros:

Conveniently located in front of the station. You will have no problem finding stores and dining out. Nice city view from the room. Morning buffet with wide variety of food choices. Friendly staff with welcoming smile was very impressive!

・重厚感のあるホテル。
・駅近で便利
・ホテルのベルキャプテン（年配な方）は、スムーズに対応してくださり、さすが、と思った。

Cons:

・チェックインに時間がかかった（スタッフの方が新人だったせいか、色々質問しても即答できず、時間がかかったのが残念だった）
・設備全体古さを感じた
