Nothing to like in this hotel female staff in the reception is the worst
All the staff was the worst except for that one male staff in the front desk last july 16 who assisted me in copying my documents. I checked last July 16 at 1400h I booked a standard double bed with breakfast thru booking.com, but the staff told me there was no breakfast included but I am booked in a deluxe room without breakfast. I spoke to their manager and no solution was given since according to them it's a 3rd party booking I should be the one contact booking.com. To cut the nonsense I just told them to give me my room, I'm already exhausted from the travel then I was told to go room 505. When I check the room they gave me and the picture of deluxe room on booking.com I notice that the one I'm given is a standard room not a deluxe. They put me on standard room without breakfast. But I was booked in a deluxe room. When I went down and ask if my room is deluxe that same smiling 2 face female receptionist told me with a smug on her face "yes it is" so I ask why is not the same as picture shows, then they ask me do you want to change room? I replied I want the room that I paid for. Then they change me to room 934 which is exactly same as the deluxe picture in this app. But the room was untidy no tissue and the bathroom floor is wet.

Staff were very understanding when I needed to check out early, due to a family emergency.
I specifically booked this hotel because on booking.com it listed that there was a jacuzzi available. when I booked in i was told that there was No jacuzzi at all …. based on that I will not return
The convenience of being close to the airport
The pricing on the booking confirmation for breakfast was 645 pesos but when I got there it was 799,I tried to argue on why but they had no answers for me. So I went and paid for the breakfast for 7 and was surprised admission for a child was half price even though he barely ate, the price paid for the quality of food and service wasn't matching the price paid. The staff everywhere were so fake as in fake smiles and courtesy I asked if able to be transfered for a additional payment to the premium side but got a "im sorry its all booked" in less then 10 seconds. Maybe the bad energy of the past of the hotel transfered to the staff i dont know,the restaurant where we ate at the staff were so stuck up with a hurry up and eat and get out attitude. Barely saw a waiter or waitress asking if we needed anything,and they were sure adamant on the price regardless of what booking advertised it at. Its my second staying at bayview manila and the 1st experience was also this bad. The convience of the closeness to the airport is just what made me come back,but lesson learned this time I won't be coming back and I know bayview wouldn't care either. For a quick 8 hours of sleep though on a flat uncomfortable bed it was worth the price.lol
Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed. De locatie is zeer centraal maar ligt helaas aan een drukke baan.
De locatie ligt aan een drukke baan, waardoor het nooit stil is. Ik heb oordoppen moeten gebruiken om te kunnen slapen. Tevens is ook mijn lederen vest gestolen door iemand van het personeel. Zeer spijtige zaak.
