Exceptional Care from Guest Services!
Pros:

I can’t say enough good things about the Atlis Grand hotel! The hotel itself is lovely, and the service was exceptional. We had a great week of meetings there, with the best-ever location and food for our annual meeting.

I could go on, but I wanted to share about guest services’ care for me when I happened to get terribly sick at the end of my trip (nothing to do with the hotel). The staff went so far above and beyond, I was truly amazed!

They even arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel and helped ensure I got my prescriptions without stress... with an incredibly professional, compassionate, and personal response.

Only with their great care did I recover enough to travel home on schedule. I feel blessed to have been staying with you all. Thank you again!

Amazing hotel with Customer Service above and beyond!
Pros:

I had a group of 130 people at this hotel, for a mix of conference and leisure. The hotel is perfectly situated for both, you can walk to anywhere and the large open spaces in the lobby and mezzanine worked amazing for having a bigger group at this hotel. Super comfortable and quiet bedrooms, the breakfast was so good! again a very spacious room, no queue at the breakfast room even at peak times. We also chose to have a dinner for everyone in the in house restaurant on the top floor, fantastic views over Lisbon! And the food was incredible, so much attention to detail, always enough staff so no one had to wait around for anything. If you are bringing a group to Lisbon or coming on your own, i would not look any further then this hotel. I also want to give a mention to Claudia who was my contact at this hotel and helped to make this stay a great success for all our guests! Thank you so much!

It was well kept and the staff was very good.

Cons:

Many of the services that were stated to be included weren't. "Breakfast Included" and "Free Taxi Service to the Airport" were not. They claimed that they never are free although the were highlighted on BOOKING.COM. It maybe that BOOKING.COM is to blame but it was disappointing as those two services were the reason I booked the hotel.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended!
Pros:

Atlis Grand Hotel was incredible from start to finish. They were able to get our group checked in early. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee pods and different tea options. The breakfast was top notch! I strongly encourage you to add it if it’s not included. There was a wide assortment of meats, cheeses, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and pastries. We were able to walk to many places nearby, and the metro wasn’t that far either. Staff were very friendly!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Altis, Lisbon
Pros:

We were very happy with the service we received at Altis. Especially from staff member, Enis Almeida. She was very pleasant and very helpful with giving us information about the nearby beaches and made sure we had everything we needed in our room. We really appreciated her customer service and care.

Cons:

the tv behind the glass/mirror enclosure made it very hard to watch tv comfortably because of the glare. I know aesthetically it looks lovely, but not a good idea.
