Definitely my best city holiday
Pros:

Spacious room, nicely decorated, superb breakfast, great location.
Relaxing pool & spa facilities. On-site beauty & hair salons.
Staff were very helpful & friendly. They even surprised us with champagne & cake delivered to the room for my husband’s birthday.

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It is not a 5-star hotel. We spent 4 nights there and our room was only cleaned once, and that was after I called the reception twice and waited 3-4 hours. We also found an empty bag of chips in the minibar. It seems that the staff did not check the minibar before giving us the room.

Perfecto para pasar 2-4 días en Lisboa y conocer la ciudad. También excelente para trabajo/reuniones

Desayuno muy bueno, alimentos de calidad.
Piscina cubierta y spa para estar en un edificio céntrico.

Cons:

Al ser céntrico no tiene espacios exteriores, pero sí terrazas y bar en la azotea.

Exceptional Hotel Experience – One of the Best in Lisbon

My stay at Hotel Grand Altis was truly exceptional. Having stayed at several five-star hotels in Lisbon, I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels in the city.

The friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire staff were outstanding. Every detail was handled with genuine care, and the level of service was consistently impeccable. The comfort of the hotel, combined with the warm and welcoming atmosphere, made my stay absolutely memorable.

What impressed me most was the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff. You can truly feel that guest satisfaction is a priority here.

I highly recommend Hotel Grand Altis to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and first-class experience in Lisbon. For me, it is definitely one of the best five-star hotels in the city.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. If you asked for ice it arrived in ten minutes.

Cons:

It was a 10 euro taxi ride to go anywhere.

Bequeme Unterkunft, aber lässt das Herz nicht höher schlagen.
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Überwiegend sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der gesamte Spa-Bereich ist sehr leblos. Man muss eine Badekappe im Pool tragen und es läuft die ganze Zeit Fahrstuhlmusik. Das Ambiente ist nicht schön.

Hotel Lage war super aber das Frühstück nicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel war Top würde ich wieder buchen wir hatten ein Tolles Hotel

Cons:

Das Frühstück büffet könnte ausgearbeitet werden das war leider nicht so lecker und teuer da würde ich empfehlen eher eine Bäckerei besuchen statt im Hotel zu essen.
