Good but could be better
Pros:

The location was great, the room was large & comfortable. Room service food was exceptional.

Cons:

The housekeeping didn’t meet my expectations. It took very long to clean the rooms and the cleaning was not neat enough. The bathroom was very old and could be improved.

Estancia en el Altis
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el cuarto.

Cons:

Pésima atención del personal del restaurante del piso 12 y del bar del mismo piso, groseros y poco eficientes y la ultima noche que fuimos a cenar no tenian muchas cosas de la carta.
La TV no se veia nada bien atrás del vidrio y el tamaño era muy pequeña para lo que se necesitaba.

Did the coin test - left out a euro on bedside table while we were out for the day, and when we got back it was gone but the room was well made up - this hasn’t happened in a while since I’ve been doing this test but just goes to show don’t leave out anything!!
