Great place to start your journey in Portugal
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. The 2 Ines A at reception and with guest services were outstanding. David guest services was outstanding in escorting us to our room and the follow up with where to go , where to eat etc was spot on. The 12 th floor staff, the Bistro, the Breakfast room staff are amazing and so prompt with everything. Good basic gym

Pool didn’t open until 8.00am

Great service and nice spa
Pros:

A bit expensive but a great stay. The spa is nice but the best was the service, so nice, welcoming and ready to help on whatever I needed, thank you!

I really enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean, excellent location! I will go back.

Cons:

It is a non smoking property but lots of people smoke right in front of the hotel which makes the lobby a bit smoky.
