Pros:

I love the room. The staff was friendly. Price is fairly decent. Location is good too. This is not my first stay. Beds are very comfy.

Cons:

There was no toilet paper on the roll. Had to search for it. Also the noise. People above us were loud and heavy foot all night. Therefore I only slept two hours.

An OK place to stay for this short trip, not inclined to come back.
Pros:

comfortable room and bed. Location was great. staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Breakfast was underwhelming. It was grab and go, so I understood the options would be limited, but I would have liked at least a piece of fruit, maybe a yogurt. The place was quiet enough at night, but during the day, a dog was barking, and a neighbor shouted an expletive. I heard another patron asking for kitchenware and a second patron asking for extra washcloths, and the hotel could not provide pots and pans as advertised, and did not have any extra washcloths. It made me question if I would want to stay for a longer time, given that it would be hard to cook in the efficiency. Lastly, the bathroom had pieces of something on the floor in the corner -- it could have used a better floor cleaning.

Was a convenient location but could’ve been cleaner.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Room smells like smoke and cigarettes and cleaning could be better. Soon as we checked in to the room it smelt like cigarettes and the sheet and blanket was dirty and had hair in it. I asked the front desk for a new blanket and some room spray for the smell.
