the location was great!! and the staff were amazing,

Cons:

BUT..... the hallway floors are gross, stained, and smell......the people hanging around we're sketchy!!!
the room size was nice. there were NO ice machine on property, NO cups, plates, silverware in the room. there were NO extra linen in the room for the pull out sofa.
we had to pay for extra towels.
I will NEVER book again.

Cons:

When bed was made they put the blanket next to the skin had to remake so sheet was right. no one at desk in am so couldn't get a cart to carry out luggage being handicap that made several trips really hard on legs
