Pros:

Once again I enjoyed everything about my stay, the rooms are being remodeled for more added comfort. Truly a home away from home i never want to leave its so comfortable pieceful and convenient.

Cons:

Previously I didn't like the old carpet smell, but now with the freshly done floors everything is great!!

Pros:

It was quite, very clean and comfortable, the counter clerk was so nice, it was easy to book, easy check in and check out.

Cons:

It smelled kinda musty and stuffy, like old carpet or something. Needs to be aired out a bit.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

Mrs Carla is exceptional at her job. The other staff members are excellent and helpful.Hotel stays very clean! No bugs and pets are welcomed ☺️

The convenient Extended Stay hotel !
Pros:

My stay was pretty good. I stayed because of the convenience, it was close to the hospital I am working at 15mins away. The WiFi was horrible however my stay was ok otherwise. The hotel was clean & very convenient in
that it has a kitchen. The staff were friendly & accommodating. I wanted to book another stay but they were sold out.

Pros:

I got a great night sleep in the comfy bed. The young man at the counter was really friendly and helpful. I did think it was odd that there were no dishes, cups, silverware or pots and pans in the kitchen. The front desk doesn’t open until 9 AM and I couldn’t figure out where to put my key cards. There was a large garage type door that have been pulled down in front of the lobby desk. I took my keys back to the room and left them on the table.

Pros:

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and security provided us with a key. At our building entrance, several individuals were loitering nearby, which made us feel uneasy about entering. We attempted to reach security for assistance, but no one answered. After inspecting the room and the surroundings, we ultimately decided to leave because we did not feel safe. This property seems to function more like temporary housing rather than a traditional hotel.

The location was good, close to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom and shower was nice

Cons:

The hallways smelled bad, the room smelled not great. The bed had no comforter on it and just had a top sheet so it was very cold when sleeping

Cons:

You can smell marijuana right when we were walking in the hallway. When we enter the room, its smells mildew and strong air spray or something that gives us headache. The room was spacious but outdated and dirty. Sheet on the pull out couch is obviously not changed. Carpet has stains all over. When i booked the room, it says there will be a free breakfast but the next morning i got up and check there is non, not even a coffee or tea. Even if they had, i wont let my kids eat whatevers in there. I just couldnt back out after checking in around 10pm because my family was driving back up to chicago and we already did 8hrs with 4 kids ages 11 months-10yrs old. We checked out even before 9am. Because im afraid that the kids will be sick if we stay longer there.

Pros:

Please don’t stay here. It smells like cigarettes and weed. They have ROACHES, the light switches didn’t work, and someone peed in the toilet and left it there. They also give your room away; they overbook and don’t guarantee the room you get. Because I was supposed to have a two-queen bed room, they gave me a single room and told me the couch was the other queen. The elevator was broken, and the hallway carpets were wet because the A/C leaked all over the floor. The people in the hotel are smoking in their rooms. This place must be shut down; it's not livable for anyone. I will definitely be reporting this place to the city and health inspectors as well.
