The price was good, and the location near the airport was very convenient. I knew I was booking a budget hotel, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. It was a practical choice and worked well for my needs.
I understood there was no housekeeping during my stay, and I was fine with that. But you still expect the room to be clean when you first check in, especially when you’re staying for several days.
Unfortunately, the floor was very dirty, with a lot of hair on it, which was honestly pretty disgusting. The room didn’t smell clean or fresh either. I had the same experience at another hotel from this chain in Miami.
I’m happy to accept fewer amenities for a lower price, but basic cleanliness on arrival should always be included.
The staff was extremely rude. Especially the AGM. I have never met anyone so rude and unprofessional. They are extremely unorganized and I would stay away
Learn how to give great service
Front end staff were super friendly and informative. They made check in very easy and were able to answer questions we had. Rooms were comfy and clean.

The check-in experience was the worse experience I've ever had at a hotel which is why the rating of a 2 was given. I would have given a negative rating for the front desk staff. We arrived around 9:30 to find a sign at the front desk saying the reception person was away and would be right back. We waited 15-20 minutes and no sign of anyone. We called using both our personal phone and the one located near the entrance to the building, and of course, the phone at the front desk rang and rang and rang. We went to the other building to ask for help but the receptionist wouldn't help. When the staff receptionist finally appeared, he was very rude, said he had his phone with him (but obviously had forgotten to forward calls to the front desk to the phone on his person) and never apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. Terribly rude and wasted over 30 minutes of our time sitting in the lobby. We had to leave the hotel before 5am so were trying to get to our room and in bed.

Elhelyezkedés hiába a reptér közele, nagyon szép park, tó, kertvàrosi rész, autóval vagy busszal lehet menni a Cumberland Blue Line állomáshoz ami fél óra alatt bevisz egyenesen a városba. Tiszta, rendezett hotel.
Nem használnak wc kefét, ez nekem nagyon furcsa. Nem is tudtak adni. A reggeli csak muffin és kávé, igazából nem is nevezném reggelinek, de Amerikában ezen nem lepődtünk meg.
Location, early check-in
The staff member setting up the breakfast at 6am was rude. All other staff was fantastic. There was no drinking water at breakfast besides hot water for oatmeal. Vending machines sold bottled water.
