Great Hotel and Staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter. All of the staff were great. Sean, the valet was especially helpful. I will definitely stay there again the next time that I am in the area.

We went to an event at the CVG Convention Center. We used the valet service at the hotel. They are friendly, professional and timely. Always nice to have a good experience before and after an event.

A professional kind valet crew
Pros:

Usually when I do valet. I feel the energy of the people aren’t cheerful but this crew, definitely Jack Elero was great. I had to wait on my guest as I chauffeuring and the crew had a great welcoming vibe to help me kill time.

An Incredible Marriott!
Pros:

My dad and I stayed at this amazing hotel last month while visiting the Cincinnati area. Overall, from start to end our stay couldn’t have been more amazing!

When we checked in, Courtney at the front desk was extremely friendly and assigned us two connecting king rooms on the 15th floor facing downtown Cincy!
(Rooms 1514 and 1515)

The rooms overall were amazing and the beds were so comfortable. I had the best nights sleep each of the 3 nights we were there.

The entire property is so well maintained. They keep everything in incredible shape. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The whole staff in general were absolutely phenomenal and took exceptionally good care of us.

I need to give a massive shoutout to Yaisha Wright, the front desk supervisor. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing she was! She treated us like family.

Tony, Sidney, Aisha, and Jenna were all incredible as well. Honestly, the entire staff took such amazing care of us!

This is our official go-to hotel in the Cincinnati area! I cannot wait to stay here again in the future!

The View was Spectacular at all hours!! The room was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable.. I loved the lighting in the bathroom. I think the lighting throughout the room was really done well.

Cons:

I was kind of hoping there was a tub, but I know I am in the minority, so It wasn't a big deal at all. I wasn't a fan of the smell of the toiletries provided, but I did love that you provided makeup wipes.

The bathroom sink was cracked and could have been fixed. There were spots on the refrigerator on the bottom that could have been cleaned off.
