The building smelled like cigarette smoke! The bathtub and sink was dirty. The didn't not take the time to try to resolve my issues. He stated that the lobby was closing and I needed to contact Booking.com if I needed to book somewhere else. I was so dissatisfied with his attitude. I didn't stay at Extended Stay. I had to find another place to stay.

The TV didn't work. I didn't know there was no front desk personnel after 8 pm. The ac didn't work correctly. And none of the lamps were operational..
