Extremely run down
Pros:

The bed was decent. The room was quiet. The front desk and maintenance personnel were friendly. The room had a kitchenette with a full size fridge.

Cons:

The elevator and hallways were dirty. The room light fixtures were missing light bulbs and one of the bathroom hinges was off the wall so the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was the previous tenant's soap bar in the middle of the bathtub - was the bathtub even cleaned? The walls needed new paint, the kitchenette cabinets looked 50 years old and the electric stove burners were all rusted out. No coffee machine.

The person on duty was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional.

Huge Suite

Cons:

The smell upon entering. The pictures online are rather dated and look very nice, in reality old sunken in couch.
The luggage cart looked filthy
The rooms are cleaned every 14 days
A charge for a fresh towel
Both washers were out of order, only one dryer was available
Vending machine - $4.18 for one beverage

The room smells like smoke. Pillows and sheets stained. Bed bugs. Just nasty. We really had no choice since we have to be here for work. I’m pregnant. With a baby. Just nasty.

The young lady at the front deck was nice . She understood when we didn’t want to stay .

Cons:

This place is run down . Dirty ! Our room was dirty . There was food left in the fridge and the light didn’t even come on . We didn’t even stay . We turned back around and left .

I stay here a lot. My experience is USUALLY very pleasant.

Cons:

A woman was staying there with her 4 young kids. They were around 6 to 8 yeaes old. She allowed them to run through the hallways, screaming and banging on walls. They did it both evenings. The hotel staff did nothing about it. Also, this time, my room was filthy. Areas of the hardwood floors were sticky and there were crumbs everywhere. Kitchen counter was covered in potato chip crumbs, underneath the bed was an empty 2 liter bottle and an empty vodka fifth. Theres no way that room was cleaned after the last guests. Very disappointed.

My room smelled like smoke soon as you open the door , my sheets were not clean , the smoke smell was awful
