Pros:

The young lady at the front deck was nice . She understood when we didn’t want to stay .

Cons:

This place is run down . Dirty ! Our room was dirty . There was food left in the fridge and the light didn’t even come on . We didn’t even stay . We turned back around and left .

Nothing it was terrible , the first room was absolutely disgusting.. the second room was slightly cleaner but found a dead roach !!

Pros:

I stay here a lot. My experience is USUALLY very pleasant.

Cons:

A woman was staying there with her 4 young kids. They were around 6 to 8 yeaes old. She allowed them to run through the hallways, screaming and banging on walls. They did it both evenings. The hotel staff did nothing about it. Also, this time, my room was filthy. Areas of the hardwood floors were sticky and there were crumbs everywhere. Kitchen counter was covered in potato chip crumbs, underneath the bed was an empty 2 liter bottle and an empty vodka fifth. Theres no way that room was cleaned after the last guests. Very disappointed.

My room smelled like smoke soon as you open the door , my sheets were not clean , the smoke smell was awful

I got asked to switch 3 times & the 1st toilet didn’t work, the rest were disgsuting

Everything. The rooms were disgusting. The kitchen is one was filthy, and the bathroom. Also one room had blood stains and dirt on the sheets. I have videos as well

Never again.
Cons:

Filthy halls, no cleaning staff around, previously broken into room door that was not fixed. Staff and their friends constantly chatting in the lobby.
