attitude and availability of staff. sink had a terrible leak that wasn't fixed while I was there. stove cooking eyes didn't work.

Pros:

Nice location and the rooms were great for the price.

Cons:

It had a weird smell in the lobby and hallways but thankfully to room was good and didn’t affect our stay.

Pros:

Check-In staff were friendly and helpful.
The second floor smelled like cigarette smoke or marijuana as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. The room smelled like it had been smoked in recently. There were cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink and I found a half-smoked cigarette butt lying in the hallway floor.
The rooms really need a good cleaning. I found hair on the sheets and under the blankets, and several areas in the floor which let me know it had not been mopped recently.
The beds were comfortable, which for what I wanted was good enough.
Cleanliness and the all-around smell of cigarette smoke everywhere I went were The areas which need the most attention.

Disappointing with no breakfast
Pros:

We were upgraded to avoid the broken elevator and it was very large and comfortable, though we just stayed one night.

Cons:

There was no breakfast though this is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The reception desk was closed at 8:30 am the next morning so there was no one to ask. The elevator was broken.
