Did not get to stay. I confirmed my room and paid with my card. I had confirmation numbers and the guy at front desk sai
Pros:

I did not get to stay, was told I don’t have a room after I paid 6 days in advance.

Cons:

I paid for the room and got there and could not get my room I paid for. I had my 80yr old mother and could not get what I paid for. Said it was not in computer. I had comformation numbers and proof I paid for a room. But he said it was all booked up.

Horrible check-in experience
Pros:

It was a nightmare checking in because booking.com never gave the voucher to extended stay to charge for my rooms. So I had to pay for 2 other rooms.

Didn't like that I was locked out my room because the cars ready stopped working si I had to be placed in another room away from my personal belongings until maintenance came in. I was told they would be in at 7 didnt come in until 9.

It was good.
Pros:

I likes the towels, I liked the shower, love the kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

They didn’t give extra sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t cleaned

Would Not Stay Again
Pros:

Generally good location, small plaza near it

Cons:

Dust and trash in my room, tobacco in the water fountain, hair on my towels, laughable utensils and dishes for Home2Suite - its like this place is still in COVID protocol. Would not stay again until this improves drastically.

Overall it was OK.
Pros:

Location and staff. The front desk associate was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The refrigerator. Each time the refrigerator came on, there was a loud fan noise and volume on TV had to be turned up a lot. I was sleeping on the sofa bed and was woken up due to the refrig. I finally turned it off at 2AM.

The stay is usually good but due to my last stay we will not be staying again.
Pros:

I liked the price, the location, and the way the rooms were set up.

Cons:

Rooms had bugs in them, we got another room but the worker didn’t put it in the system so we got bothered by workers trying to kick us out for something their worker did. they weren’t trying to hear nothing we had to say basically trying to blame us. Bad attitudes and everything.
