I always stay here for my family reunion every year.. it’s like a staple for us and I love it!!

Do a little better Quality Inn
Pros:

The room was clean, bathroom was clean. It was comfortable and we were able to get into a room earlier than my reservation was scheduled for.

Cons:

The desk person took 10-15 min to show up at the check in counter. Who leaves the front desk totally unattended? That is crazy! The tv remote worked poorly
..bad batteries and no back to hold the batteries in tightly. The hair shampoo and conditioner bottles were 1 tiny squeeze from being empty. They should've had more towels available in the bathroom. I didn't complain because it was for One night only.

I am happy that I spent most of the time out of the hotel, it is outdated, and needs to be cleaned
Pros:

It was a continental breakfast, very misleading! I was looking forward to a hot meal/

Cons:

The breakfast should have been a hot meal.
When entering the hotel it had an odor that wasn't inviting

Everything was very loving and comfortable!!!

The stay was wonderful. Really loved the comfort of the bed!! I will truly tell people about this place!! Thank you for welcoming us!!

The hotel itself was outdated. Stains on the furniture, curtains, carpets. .First room(3rd fl) not properly clean and smelled of smoke.and bathroom was disgusting and toilet clogged. Clothes left in the room from previous guest Noisy and inappropriate things going on. Their excuse was it a room for smokers. We were moved to the second floor a little better but again the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Very uncomfortable the entire stay. The staff interaction was good and she really tried to help us bur that's a bad situation to put the employee in.

Needs some updates and a happier breakfast staff.
Pros:

The staff at check in was great, the maintence guy was super helpful and friendly. The staff provided the extra pillow and blanket that I needed with no issues. Brought it to my room.

Cons:

Room did smell like someone has recently been smoking weed. The morning staff was very unfriendly. The waffle mix was empty, she acted she did not even care, it was 8am.

It was a nice place to stay in correlation to where we were playing baseball at.

The staff was amazing. The check in was fast.

The chair in the room was gross and had a red stain. There was no body wash. There were black hairs in the bath tub. The carpet and the walls were GROSS. I would say the carpet hasn’t been cleaned since Abraham Lincoln was president.
