Walking up the stairs 😆 lol
I was unable to check into to my reservation. Was turned away at the front desk just minutes after reserving online and told I wasn’t able to check into after midnight even though I had just made the reservation.

Funny your asking for my opinion but extended stay stole my jewelry & food after charging my card at 8am they took my belongings out the room they CLAIM to have refunded me but instead I was charged and treated like scum then stole from in the process so to see not only was I charged but the manager Jamie claimed not to have seen my reservation but I filled out all the check in forms this place is a scam and I'm looking for civil litigation lawyers as we speak

Was basically robbed blind paid my reservation left for work and got a call to come pick up my belongings at ther front desk by a lady named Jamie got there after calling the cops nobody could tell us who touched my things the reason they claim is they didn't see my reservation but you refunded me so how is it possible to refund a paid room?? I've never been so hurt or embarrassed in my life I had all receipts conformation codes funny thing is my jewelry and food came up missing they claimed my food was open and offered half of the money back since I'd been staying there 4 whole days prior to this made a police report and will be looking into legal representation due to negligence management was uncooperative and confrontational

The space was pretty clean and the amenities in the suites made cooking a breeze.
The wifi. You had to pay a lot to use secured connections otherwise the signal was either weak or non-existent. Never had to deal with that before.
