Good except for the lack of gym.
Pros:

The location is great! Right by the mall, lots to do in the area. The room was very clean & comfortable.

Cons:

It lists that they have a gym facility but they dont. I was looking forward to using the equipment. I ended up having to find a local gym. It was disappointing.

Parada rápida
Pros:

Chuveiro quente e cama confortável. Bom para uma parada rápida. O quarto tinha cozinha com fogão, geladeira grande e até maquina de lavar louças (?!); alem disso, era imenso e abrigou confortavelmente nossa família de 5 pessoas.

Cons:

O hall estava bem sujo e o hotel é todo acarpetado e antigo, aparentando ter quilos de pó. No quarto, nao há amenities e parecia ter muito pó no carpete.

Felt like we were stay in Hell Motel! Three doors down from our was a medical examiner sticker on the door and doorman.

Pros:

Somebody tried to break in our room, so we left the middle of 2am and place was horribly dirty with old food and hair. And the cherry on top was when I charged two separate prices for two rooms when I only payed in one, I couldn’t stay in the room for how sticky the rug was. I’ve warned everybody to stay away. And the hotels ignoring my messages now. Never again in my or my children’s life.

I had to get out of there.
Pros:

Spacious room

Cons:

The stove didn’t work. The toilet seat was broke. Loud people upstairs…kids running. Minimal breakfast selection. Bath drain somewhat clogged. No plates, despite having a kitchenette.

Humiliation of being called a liar in lobby than I’ve been without my money
Pros:

They had a smoking area in back. Grab and go breakfast. Also I ordered from algotels first. Had a problem at sonesta because they wouldn’t take my Venmo card for the deposit. It was a no refund policy so I’m still waiting for them to see I couldn’t check in. Then went to extended stay and got double charged all in one day I paid for 3 rooms for one person.

Cons:

I got charged online and when checked in. The man said it wasn’t charged it’s a hold. In morning I realized it was a charge and I said something to front desk. I was called a liar and had police called on me. The company had acknowledged I was double charged I was told I was getting all my money back and it’s now going on 2 weeks and nothing has been done.

Despite finding dirty underware with bacon in them under the bed, the microwaves still had cheese in it from the last guests. The best was a out as flimsey as cardboard and you know that breakfast they SAY THEY HAVE? Well its coffee.

The hotel needs some serious renovations & cleaning services. Front desk bored & barely spoke to me. I didn’t even get a hello, hi, welcome :). Good for a night as a one person, definitely not for a family stay.
