The stay was ok
Pros:

I thought the bed was comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that we were supposed to have breakfast which was the reason I chose your location. Woke up got ready went downstairs and there’s wasn’t any. Front desk stated there wasn’t any. This was false advertisement.

Way overpriced for the quality of the room.

Cons:

Very outdated for the hefty price of $230 a night.... not good value at that cost. I've seen $100 rooms look the same as these.

Dirty Diappointing Stay
Pros:

It was convenient to my event and close to shopping.

Cons:

The shower looked liked it hasn't ever been cleaned. There was a dusty sock that has been left untouched in a cabinet. Hair on the shower curtain.

It was filthy!!!! I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. My sister sat on the bed and got bit by bugs, we left within 10 mins.

I only saw a staff member at check in so I had to leave key card on the desk and leave due to needing to leave for work.

Very affordable for the amenities
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff who I interacted with were friendly. Even most of the guest also. Loved the amenities in the room for the price. Full kitchenette, stove, refrigerator and a desk.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with lower back pain and I do not have back issues. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on concrete with a mattress pad. The kitchenette could use a refresh.

Horrible customer service I called and they redirect me to booking, but they will not release my refund

HOTEL called and said there’s no rooms available. Booking.com is double booked me. I’ve requested my money and I still have not received a refund yet.
