Pros:

It was very clean, beds were comfortable and a convenient location

Cons:

It's an older facility, doors were a bit weird - handles lifted up to open. Breakfast was so-so

Definitely could have been better.
Pros:

The location was peaceful and easy accessibility.

Cons:

I didn’t like having to hunt down a staff member. There was no fitness center as advertised. The place smelled like cigarette smoke badly my suitcase a clothes smell like it as well. it’s a smoke free building but someone was clearly smoking inside. The room needed cleaned badly I had to wipe down commonly touched items such as remote that had a dried substance on it. The fridge handle had black fingerprints on it. And the bathroom floor had wha appeared to be feces ( possibly not human) between the toilet and shower tub.

Cons:

Rooms smell bad. Bed was awful. Could feel the bars on the frame when laying on the mattress. Breakfast could be better. All they offer is a chocolate or blueberry muffin and some oatmeal.

I was ok for our stay
Pros:

I was not happy with our breakfast their was no fruit like apples or bannana or anything and no other option for drink beside coffee no water or juices. I unsterstsnd it was a take breakfast. But fruit should be a great option and something to drink for the kids. ALSO they should have plates in all the units.i should not have to call ask for plates.

Cons:

the staff was very friendly.the only think is we came in late Monday night and I put on the website I would be checking out bye noon I had a appointment and I did not know it would take longer than I wanted. but I was out bye 1130am. but someone came to our unit our bye 11. but I got done as soon as I could.

This was the only and last time I will ever stay at Extended Stay of America.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

The room was dirty. and smelled bad. Huge cobwebs hanging over the bed, cockroach in the kitchen sink, big wad of hair in the bathtub, broken towel rack, dirty carpet. Missing trim piece around the carpet with sharp metal exposed. A guy (maybe homeless) sat in his running car just outside the entrance door. Someone was smoking weed in the building or stairwell.
