It was dirty and disgusting. Everyone was smoking Pot in their rooms .
Tyler at the front desk was wonderful only thing that was great. I would like my money back plus they charged us for handicap parking.
It was run down thought I was going to get shot.
Thought there was bodily fluids on the wall plus there were no blankets on the bed because the washer was broken we were told and we felt very unsafe being there. There were other customers at the front desk asking for clean sheets and they were told the washer is down and couldn’t get them. That is disgusting sorry.

The staff wasn’t present all the time. The room was filthy , roaches , mold, rusted stove top . Looks like a crack house. Trash in rooms A LOT OF CIGARETTES SMOKE c the doors don’t lock . Mice laundry room dirty

The accommodation was terrible; customer service was poor, the facilities were in bad and neglected condition, there were not enough pillows or blankets, and there were no kitchen supplies at all. In the booking description, it was stated that the reservation included a kitchen, a coffee maker, and kitchen supplies, but upon arrival the kitchen was completely empty. They did not provide us with the necessary kitchen supplies because they said they did not have them, and they never provided a coffee maker. It was also mentioned that the reservation included breakfast, and the breakfast was of very poor quality. When I went to the front desk to request the kitchen supplies and the coffee maker, they told me they did not have them and simply told me, “go buy food at a restaurant,” when that was not something I could rely on at all times.
The hotel management was terrible. Our room keys kept malfunctioning, and one day while we were in the room, a completely unknown person entered our room because the keys and access to our room were mistakenly given to them. This is an extremely serious issue that could have caused a major incident. In addition, my mother was in the room; she is an older woman with high blood pressure and suffered a serious scare and emotional distress due to this situation. Therefore, I expect some kind of response and/or compensation from the hotel.
The facility was so bad that we ended up canceling the room because they said that we would get our credit back.
