Absolutely nothing
Everything! Says it’s a non smoking hotel, it is absolutely not. It had a very strong smoke smell once you walked in. Rooms are very dated, locks alone doors are not secure. Once we made the decision not to stay, we were getting ready to leave when our door was open by another guest, with a different room key!!
I am writing to dispute the withholding of my security deposit.
When I checked into your Extended Stay property near Philadelphia Airport, I paid a security deposit as required. On the day of my departure, I went to the front desk to check out. The receptionist on duty instructed me to simply drop my room key into the key box. I specifically requested that she inspect the room in my presence and complete my checkout, but she declined and assured me that I would receive my checkout receipt by email.
Later, when I contacted the hotel to ask about the refund of my security deposit, I was surprised to be told that my family had taken the bed covers and bedsheets from the room. This allegation is completely false. Neither I nor any member of my family took any hotel property.
Had the room been inspected at the time I checked out, as I requested, any concerns could have been addressed immediately. Instead, I was denied the opportunity to verify the condition of the room before leaving.
I respectfully request an immediate review of this matter, a detailed explanation with evidence supporting this claim, and the prompt refund of my security deposit if no proof of wrongdoing exists. I expect this issue to be resolved fairly and without further delay.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Only that it was close to my family whom I was there to visit and family funeral.
It was not clean, the sofa bed had all kinds of wrappers/food in it, the door to the room did not lock and there was a space in the door that anyone could see in/out of the room.
The times was dirty the thing was dirty and stopped up
There is no person at the front that's all night I tried to get a new room because my room is funky and I couldn't find nobody to accommodate me
hallways smelled of wacky weed. room big and clean. price was right. floors dirty. wiped wooded floor with wet towels,, dirt came up. ac great. breakfast weak... coffee great.
wooded floors were clean but dirty when wiped with wet towel. hallways need air freshner at night
STAY AWAY!!!
Please train your front desk people not to assume everyone who books there is on drug or broke. There was no hello, just "It a $100 deposit and the pets arent free!" And when i told her that it states on Expedia that they are, she argued me down. The rooms look and smell like half-way houses! The elevator was disgusting and so were the hallways. As soon as i walked in the lobby, I knew i has made a mistake.
The location was great, the people were great, friendly staff and people
The Internet 🛜 was very bad, have a 7 year old child crying 😭 no Internet. I have to buy my own Internet 🛜.
I booked this hotel omw to philly. It was a 2hr drive to then arrive with no power. The entire hotel was dark with no power & no lights. Most of the guests were just hanging out in the parking lot. The front desk clerk was absolutely no where to be found. Booking.com knew this hotel had no power but still listed the hotel. They took my $200+ for a room & i have to fight back & fourth with them for a refund that im still trying to get back.
I don't like it
Alot of bugs the room like vary dirty and shit thorn apart look like a movie a roach was crawling on the bed
It was near the airport.
I wrote to the staff a few days before my reservation to let them know I would be arriving at night, but they supposedly sent me an email confirming the cancellation—which wasn't true. On top of that, they charged me a surcharge because of it. The room was dirty and smelled as if someone had been smoking there just a few minutes before I walked in.
Leeches food how clean it was and the nice people
Old tvs old carpets rooms look like they’re for old people
