I don't like it
Alot of bugs the room like vary dirty and shit thorn apart look like a movie a roach was crawling on the bed
I booked this hotel omw to philly. It was a 2hr drive to then arrive with no power. The entire hotel was dark with no power & no lights. Most of the guests were just hanging out in the parking lot. The front desk clerk was absolutely no where to be found. Booking.com knew this hotel had no power but still listed the hotel. They took my $200+ for a room & i have to fight back & fourth with them for a refund that im still trying to get back.
The location was great, the people were great, friendly staff and people
The Internet 🛜 was very bad, have a 7 year old child crying 😭 no Internet. I have to buy my own Internet 🛜.
It was near the airport.
I wrote to the staff a few days before my reservation to let them know I would be arriving at night, but they supposedly sent me an email confirming the cancellation—which wasn't true. On top of that, they charged me a surcharge because of it. The room was dirty and smelled as if someone had been smoking there just a few minutes before I walked in.
Leeches food how clean it was and the nice people
Old tvs old carpets rooms look like they’re for old people
The gentleman at the front desk was the only thing good about this place. He was great, because of all the chaos going on with canceled flights, he remained calm and pleasant.
Everything about this property was bad. The parking lot is too small, and the front door is set where you don’t get any protection from the elements. It was down pouring and you have to walk almost 40 yards just to get in when getting g dropped off. The lobby was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room was disgusting! The furniture was broken and leaning, all the sheets and towels had stains on them. The walls in the bathroom had holes in them, and the bathtub was dirty, and peeling paints. There was flies and other bugs all around the room, and you can see there was bedbugs at one point. We only had to stay there for 6 hours and we spent 2 of them trying to find somewhere else to stay then just went back to the airport.
Nothing. Literally
The staff were little to any help. I woke up with a swollen eye, told staff about it and they said the manager would call me back because said manager wasn’t present. They told me that 4 times- for 3 days. Nobody called me back about it at all.
The price of the hotel units were much more affordable than other hotels in the area. This was the biggest reason I booked two rooms here.
The hotel system cancelled our reservation minutes before we arrived to check in. The employees stated that since the system didn't have a credit card on file it was automatically cancelled. Yet my credit card WAS charged the DAY I booked the rooms weeks in advance. Luckily the charge was eventually refunded but this does not add up.
Came here for work but upon arrival, the front desk said my reservation had been cancelled an hour prior. The number that called didn’t even match the number on file I booked with so don’t know why they would even cancel my reaction if it wasn’t even me. I was told my full payment would be refunded so let’s hope that is true. I have no where to stay tonight so that’s fun. The lobby has no where to sit and is not like the picture at all.
Apenas localização
Atendimento horroroso, quarto extremamente fedido
The hotel called and told me, don't come here, we have no rooms.

Nothing
Front Desk bad service
Where to begin? My wife and I needed a place to stay, in a pinch for one night, after arriving at Philly airport late in the afternoon, and needing to drive a few hours home from there. After flying for 12 hours, on two legs, we wanted a bed and a shower before leaving early the next morning. We weren't looking for comfort, we were looking for the BARE minimum. What we got was horrific, and a HUGE wake up call.
From the time we opened the door to the room to the time when we checked out was literally less than 5 minutes. The room was dirty, the floor had stains all over it, the bathtub was disgusting with mold around the base. There was a very strong odor of marijuana and cigarettes - which was ALSO perceivable in the lobby, which should have been our first, and ONLY warning we needed, but we booked online ahead of time. BIG MISTAKE.
Do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs, from the outside it appears as almost any other hotel of this kind does in the Philly Airport area, but once you're inside you're in for a surprise.
I'm sure this review will get buried away by the proprietors somehow so that more good people will find out the hard way as we did, but I felt it worth the effort to at least TRY and get the word out. This was my attempt.
Location wise it’s great close to bus stop so it’s convenient in that since
Some of the staff are very rude disrespectful and very un professional blurt your private information out in the open with other guess around
nothing i nvr showed up customer service is bad over the phone.
