Interior smell was foul,carpets in hallways were stained,2nd floor had plastic sheet covering wall and ceiling about a/c unit with damaged sheetrock on floor and covering top of hall a/c unit from damage behind plastic.floors in room were sticky had to keep shoes on while in room,refrigerator opened toward you and almost hits stove(had to reach over the top of door to access inside refrigerator)had multiple bugs on ceiling when we checked in.could hear every door that open or closed on the floor as walls and door were very thin.shower had warm water at best and water pressure was minimal
Staffs were amazing, they were so nice, friendly and helpful
There was a weird smell, kind of wet and musty/stinky, around the entrance area. U could smell it right after opening the door.

The bed. Haha.. I came in from a concert and when I sat on one side of the bed it creaked and the other side went up! Hahaha!!! I reported this to staff next day. So it made for a loud uncomfortable night of sleep as I toas and turn in hotels. The floors were sticky. Not sure if I want to know why. The furniture was missing several knobs. The neighbors had dogs. The hotel and elevator smelled like wet dog. But the ac worked wonderful! The staff was over the top nice. Very good kind staff there. Set your expectations to motel low standards with over $200+ price tag and you'll do fine. It was in a very safe neighborhood which mattered the most since I was traveling with my family.
I liked that it was close to where we were, and easy to get to. I liked that it was close to good food and shopping places.
The bed was horrible. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in a pop up camper. The room was okay, but the bed was absolutely horrible. Super uncomfortable

No coffee set up.
Location was great. There’s a laundry room which was clean. No quarter machine, 3.75 not 2.00 like on the website. Which was kind of expected because when was the last update lol. So I was able to wash clothes during my visit. I liked the room for it being a mid-motel. There’s a kitchen which would have been great if I stayed long enough to cook a dinner vs bringing food/ ordering food. Overall, it was a nice experience. Definitely would come back again/ recommend to others.
The shower head seemed fairly new like maybe just replaced; but it was a terrible water flow. Very light. The hallwayu carpet could look more decent, but since the room didn’t have carpet… it was passable. The actual room looks better than passing through the hallway.
Staff at night (Leslie) was helpful and kind and wonderful!

This place was so low standard. I felt totally uncomfortable. It stunk, rooms were so yucky, even the door was not squared off light came through the whole door.

The location was very convenient. The room was okay, although the layout was kinda weird and the room wasn't in great condition. The kitchenette and bathroom both had missing cabinet doors.
The hotel charged my credit card when I checked in, even though I had already paid for the room via Booking.com. It took multiple phone calls to the property to get them to refund this.
Location was good for what we came here for. Uber/Lyft drive downtown was good distance to where it wasn't bad. Room was as described. Tons of space kitchen was nice but didn't use. Bed was oh so comfy. Could have slept in longer it was good.
Front desk was left unattended at check in. Had to wait about 10 minutes & had to voice that I was standing out there waiting. After getting keys which barely worked & had issues opening door. Air/heating element needed cleaned bad. The vents were dusty and had what looked to be drywall lodged in there.

I did enjoy staying here although i think they need to do a little updating on the rooms. The room we were in had a kitchen which the we did not use but we checked it out and one of the drawers were messed up and the refrigerator door was messed up as well and the tub from the foset was leaking. But other than that it wasnt a bad stay over all.
The hotel was fire alarmed and flooded. We had to leave to rebook other hotel. No notice from the hotel or Expedia so far. And the protection bought never can approached.
