Pros:

The location and the price was affordable

We stayed 4 nights.

The most disturbing concern was that we actually saw a roach in our room. The staff didn't seem to care. They were rarely at the front desk to address concerns.

A channel I wanted to watch on TV was unavailable. It was a regular channel, CBS, to be exact. I went downstairs to the front desk to express my concerns, and according to the front desk attendant, she was addressing my concern. Mind you, she never attempted to do anything while I was in her presence. And she never called my room to update me on the situation. Even after bringing this matter to the staff, my concern was never addressed, and the channel never worked during the stay.

The appliances in our room were so outdated and not the cleanest. We were totally afraid to use the microwave or stove from its appearance.

My key cards worked on night one of our stay, but then on the second day, one of the two cards stopped working. I couldn't get into my room nor use the side entrance of the building. I went downstairs to the front desk to address my concern, and they reactivated my cards. After the reactivation, only the one key card that was working prior continued to work. The other key card didn't work the remaining days of our stay. So we just continued to use the one card, and I just entered the building through the front entrance, although it was more convenient to enter from the side entrance. And I had to knock on the door to get in my room every time. Very inconvenient.

We were never offered fresh towels even though we were staying multiple nights.

The stay was subpar and I would never return. PERIOD.
Pros:

The location was not clean. Stains on the comforters and towels. Trash from previous clients in the "cleaned" room. Cabinets on the dresser broken. "Breakfast" was a bad experience. Workers upset when asked to brew more coffee and suggested guests just use coffee packets instead. No cups, napkins, or utensils stocked. Check in was 4:00pm and the room was not available until 5:45pm. When asked if this was fair, the worker offered a late checkout of 1:00pm which we were leaving early anyways.

It was nice, it just had fingerprints all over everything the microwave had fingerprints the refrigerator had fingerprints there was footprints all over the kitchen floor and there were wrappers and napkin pieces on the kitchen floor. It was unacceptable

Terrible! Was scared to sleep in those beds as well as shower. Thank god I brought blankets.
Pros:

Everything was so dirty, the door was broken, the bed sheets were all stained and floors were so dirty as well as the bath tub. I’m so disappointed. Don’t recommend this place and I can’t believe I paid $100 to stay here. This should have cost me $50 at least with this kind of hotel.

Pros:

The room smelled nice, ok free breakfast

Cons:

Sheets were stained, water mold spot on ceiling, roach in room, breakfast wasn't breakfast but what can you ask for when free. It was toast, 2 brands of cereal, tons of activa yogurt, tons of chocolate muffins, packets of oatmeal. Coffee and apple were good.
