You get what you pay for.. it was affordable just for a one night stay..

Location. No roaches or rats

Cons:

Dirty, clogged rr sink. many plugs did not work. Floors had dips, wifi was going in and out most of the time no tv. Paint missing on walls and the sofa and chair had huge rips. The only lamp was broken so not much light. It smelled like weed in every part of the building and it was loud. Crack heads hanging around outside too.

Good staff but bad neighbors and residents, not very clean

Not very clean, thin walls could hear everyone in the hall and in other rooms. People seem to live there and make a ton of noise in the middle of the night

Its needs remodeling and dont promote a kitchen if you dont offer anything in them.
Pros:

I liked the price I paid and the location of the hotel wasn't bad from were I was visiting.

Cons:

Its claimed complementary breakfast but you have to rent dishes bc none are available to make the so called free breakfast which is just coffee oatmeal and muffins. The room wasn't well cleaned the kitchen had stuff all on the walls and on the side of the fridge like they were never cleaned. We came across two roaches. The rooms were extremely out of date.

I am not pleasant that I didn't receive any types of compensation for this. I couldn't enjoy my rest

The location of the hotel was good. Not too far from everything, close to food selection.

Cons:

The second night I stayed. Later in the day, I had smelled gas in my room. After 10-15 mins, I called the front desk to report. it. They mentioned another room had said the same thing. I felt light headed and gotten an awful headache. Two of the staff members were helpful. Had contacted the manager. They switched me to another room. Doesn't seem like it wasn't mattered by the hotel manager.
