Pros:

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to try and accommodate us.

Cons:

Had to change rooms because the plug the ac unit was plugged into was burned and melting. The second room we were in was visibly dirty. As if the bed was made and it was slightly picked up. An empty drug baggie was found hidden under the mouthpiece of the phone provided in the room. Had to unplug the entire phone, put it in a bag, and take it to the front desk. Have still not been contacted by management (they were supposed to be in before we even left yesterday). The front desk took my info and said I would receive a phone call, which I still haven't. All in all, it was an absolutely terrible experience.

I was told there were no rooms and they still tried to charge me.

When we got there she said they did not have a room and suggested we lug all out bags or catch another Uber to another extended stay. With no promise of a room. I did not a get a room AND THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME AFTER TURNING ME AROUND!!!

Worst experience!!!!
Pros:

Absolutely Nothing!!!

Cons:

When we arrived, I genuinely thought we had pulled up to a homeless shelter. There was a homeless person sleeping outside—and shockingly, another one inside the lobby. The place felt unsafe and completely misrepresented.
To make matters worse, our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 11 P.M.—only to find out they don’t allow check-ins after that time. They had already marked us as a no-show and still charged us for the night. No flexibility, no empathy.
We spent the next two hours scrambling to find another hotel with availability, finally settling in after 1 A.M.
This place deserves a new rating category: negative stars. Avoid at all costs.

roaches crawling diwn the walls, out of the drains, slept with clothes on, the qwre in the bed with us, worst place I've ever seen. bathroom sink would even drain. when arrived only a thin sheet on the bed. had to go ask for another cover..ridiculous
