The location. N the kitchen was clean.
The front desk clerk was rude and very unconcerned or accommodating when my money was stolen by the drink machine. Upon entering the room I immediately wish I had packed bleach. My associate killed 2 roaches and DNA was strewn from under the bed to the bathroom sink. (Not by us)
Friendly and convenient
The stayover service was absolutely the best! I only asked Teresa to sweep, and she also mopped. She is very kind and really knows what she’s doing!

The staff was really nice and professional.
The room floor was very sticky the bed sheets were stained the mattress cover had a big hole in it and it was dirty. There was no blanket on the bed. The tub in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned the sink in the bathroom looked the same as the tub. The room had a funny smell also. We got and emergency call and had to leave within an hour of us checking in. We were told we couldn't get a refund because it had been more than 30 mins since we checked in. We had decided before we got the emergency call that we were going to leave because it was just not what we were looking for in a hotel.

HHK-Teresa was an absolute delight, providing thorough housekeeping as well Top notch Stay over Service .that left our rooms spotless and thoughtfully arranged every time. Her professionalism and warm touch made the stay feel like home—we can't thank her enough. Being that I have definitely extended my stay here. The people that work here from front desk to the ones like HHK-Teresa has made our experience here Amazing.

Everything....especially courteous service.
In the middle of the night s pungent chemical odor entered the room. I had to leave. An exchange rooms, but it was down the hall too. It was the second floor that was bad. I move to a 1st floor.
It was less evident....but I could still smell it. I got to the room it was not as bad as the 2nd floor. I couldn't believe people weren't running out....Then the overnite seemed irritated but she immediately changed it to first floor. I was scared to go into a deep sleep. I was ready to go by 9:00. The new people were great.....but that odor had gone out the building. I hadn't had that before anywhere. It was smoking or smoke. And it was strong down the hallway as well.
