Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a longer stay. Having a kitchen was a big plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything.

Filthy. I didnt like the fact that it was unsafe and the day that I arrive the staff lied about calling my phone and told me that they gave my room to someone else. A room I already paid for. Would not recommend to anyone.

Everything. Filthy room. Filthy elevator. Filthy halls. Filthy lobby. Spent five minutes in the disgusting room only because it took me that long to find a better place to stay. Honestly, sleeping at a bus depot would have been safer and cleaner. They just laughed when I asked if I could get a refund for the rest of the days I wasn't going to stay there. Place should be condemned.

I stayed at Suburban Studios and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a stay—including a kitchen area, which made cooking super convenient. The appliance were full size and not like many extended stays which provide only half size appliances
The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist if anything came up. I really appreciated how quiet and safe the property felt, which made it easy to relax and focus on work during the day.
Laundry facilities on-site were a big plus, and the location was great—close to restaurants, and easy access to the highway.
If you’re looking for a no-fuss, comfortable, and affordable place to stay long-term, Suburban Studios is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

I paid for 2 bedrooms and 2 beds in each room and only got 1 room with 2 beds and no accommodations or anything not even offering a partial refund for the inconvenience
