we had no water for about an hour and at around 1130pm the lights went out so no ac and lights never came back on so we decided to cut our vacation short and leave..no call for refund or feed back...never again will I get this place

Cons:

Where do I start? Our room had a super strong chemical smell in it. When we opened the door there was a filthy "Odor Eliminator" machine on our table still running. The floor had spills dried on that were so sticky or shoes were sticking to it and there was dirt under the table and beside the sofa. Clearly the room had not been swept or mopped. There was a huge dead roach right outside the door. We tried using the pool since we were really looking forward to it but the gate wasn't working and not even your clerk could open it,. A terrible experience!
