Didn’t had breakfast woke up a little late
Everything was excellent
"Recently rennovated", "no smokling", "Free breakfast", "Dining and cooking utensils provided". These are all the claims that I can dispute about this facility.
Starting with "Recently rennovated". I saw no evidence of a recent improvements. The carpet in my room was tired, worn and dirty. The hall carpet was slightly better. Many signs of deferred maintenance around the hotel.
"No smoking" was interesting. while I saw many people lined up across from the main entrance having a smoke, the smells inside the hotel betrayed a few rule breakers. I remember one night smeliing fresh cigarette smell in the bathroom, and I believe it was the shared bathroom vent system that someone was using to blow their smoke into the night.
Free breakfast"? That was the biggest joke. They had coffee (sometimes cold), some packets of oatmeal and a basket of 2 granola bars (although the next day there was only one left). The area that you would of thought the breakfast would be served was holding a new plastic wrapped mattress when I looked (the doors were usually shut or slightly ajar). Breakfast was on a side table in the lobby. No tables or chairs and basically no breakfast either.
"Dining and cooking utensils provided" If you needed a spoon, call downstairs and they would bring you one. If you needed a toaster, call downstairs and they would bring you one. Yes, they were provided, but through a painful process. Why was it painful? The provided room telephone had horrible noise when you placed a call that you could not understand the other party.
This hotel talks a good talk, but I did not feel that it delivered on many of the stated goals. I could get into the lack of parking, or the use of a single entry point (they disabled the second entry/exit door, so you always had to go out the front).
I would be cautious booking this hotel, but if you needed a place for an extended stay and you were traveling with your pet than this may work for you. Be prepared for many broken promises as I have noted. Good luck
The staff here are awesome. Kayla Carla Jeri and Annette make a wonderful team.

Location
Smells like cigarettes like someone’s just smoked while cleaning the room ,dirty carpet , clogged drainages ,and just a really bad smell
Nothing,
parking was tight. No access from the side doors. If you park in the back you have to walk around the building and at night it’s dark and feels unsafe. Hallways, elevators, lobby and the rooms smell bad, it’s hard to be in comfort because it smelled so bad it made us sick. I’ve been at other properties that are pet friendly and they NEVER smelled like Extended stay of America (horrible odor). The staff was rude and there was a note on the doors that they can come in at ANYTIME even though we have a sign on the door (do not disturb) because they have to fix the heaters instead of scheduling them and giving each unit a time frame of when it would be done ✅ they just posted a note that they will enter despite the do not disturb sign on the door.
Internet wifi was extremely poor. Poor cell phone reception.
The elevator is good the room the pilots
If u go to dowsteirs u can go because to many dogs and people sit in the chairs or in the floor talking with a lot dogs
A good location, right off the freeway
It was smelly in the hallways and smelly in the room and the worst part the floors were sticky not like clean, sticky just stick sticky
The nice but to many dogs all night everithing smell a dog the elevator the walking carpet
It was clean and peaceful. Parking was good, room was clean, grounds were kept well. Staff was also pleasant, good attitudes. Why the manager even gave me a fork and a cardboard box for my laundry.
Thankyou
Perfect location for me.
The bed was awful, so uncomfortable and uneven. Needs a new mattress.
The mattress pad was stained and needs to be replaced.
There was a parking spot that wasn’t usable that had broken glass and empty booze bottles that wasn’t cleaned up the days I was there.
Pet fees for booking isn’t including on booking.com and is $25 per day
Staff was nice
The room was dingy and pretty dirty. Smelled horribly like cigarettes. I’m pretty sure people live at the hotel and some of them looked a little seedy.
I only spent one night because I got there late. But I left and got a room somewhere else the next night.
The room was excellent and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen so that we could cook our own meals. It was clean and the staff was really nice and accommodating.
The wifi was really sketchy. The television was hard to figure out how to use it and see the programs we were interested in. We made it work but it was difficult when we were so tired from driving to get there. It also appeared that some were parked in the parking lot using the wifi covertly.
It was all disgusting. I chose not even to eat breakfast there for fear of getting sick.
The cleanliness was awful. Hotel is disrepair. People were smoking in the hallways. Dogs were barking inside the hotel. Other guests were very loud and you could hear it through the walls. I didn’t even feel comfortable eating there or walking without shoes.
