Well over all very good, nice breakfast very varied, very nice gym and bicycle room top top , all gym stuff very friendly and professional , room service excellent, very happy with everything. Definitely I will be there next year

This is a very basic hotel. Breakfast is terrible and rooms are outdated and pretty basic. The reception is slow and cumbersome.

The best about this hotel is its location.

The location is absolutely great. Unfortunately the mattress was absolutely horrendous. I think that a good mattress and a good pillow are a must at any hotel. This one had neither. Everything else was great but sleeping was torture.

El Aire acondionado de la habitacion no funcionaba cuando mis hermanas llegaron y tampoco cuando estuvieron ahi en toda la semana, incluso cuando dijeron haberlo arreglado. Los 3 asensores no funcionaban casi nunca, mis hermanas se tenian que bajar y usar las escaleras. No habia dispenser o fuentes de agua, te cobraban las botellitas de agua carisima. Agua es una necesidad basica para cualquier persona y mas con estas altas temperaturas. Pero lo peor de todo es cuando les hicieron pagar el IVA justo cuando se estaban yendo, cuando este hotel fue reservado meses atras y pagado por mi. Esto es una falta de comunicacion. Esto se les pudo haber comunicado desde el primer momento cuando llegaron al hotel, lo que hizo que se les atrase todo y pierdan el avion. Una verguenza.

A banheira e muito escorregadia podendo causar graves acidentes

The 4 star rating should be reviewed as it's outdated. The room is ok but the whole place needs some renovation. Altogether it's ok for a short stay, great area, nice pool.

Really well located

I like the location, its service, very friendly.
I didn't like the location of the lobby, the ticket desk is located on the second floor, it is not signposted, the elevators do not always work correctly, you get lost until you know the place.

The hotel is centrally located. Good breakfast offerings. The property needs major and urgent renovations and updates to keep its 4-star rating and safety!

This hotel was better than expected! The outdoor entry area is beautiful, the breakfast was full of delicious options, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely return!

Rooms need updating, and A/C needs to be stronger the heat in this city is intense and therefore a good A/C is a must.
